Listen: an invitation from God

Listen is an invitation from God to hear what He desires for us and to avoid what our sins bring to us. One the one hand, God cannot be ignored and He will not ignore our rebellion. On the other hand, God longs to save and promises redemption to His repentant people. In this journey through the words of the prophet Micah, you are invited to Listen. You are invited to recognize those things that God refuses to ignore and to embrace the invitation God offers. Micah presents a God who cares so deeply that He will not ignore the injustice imposed on our fellow humans; a God who longs to bring His remnant home through His Messiah who will redeem broken humanity. When we listen, we can hear God's ongoing promise of our opportunity to be reconciled to Him and to experience the blessing of living in relationship with Him.
