Back to reading the short stack of harlequin historicals in the bigger stack of I-should-really-read-these romances in the sprint to making my 2022 reading challenge I've been behind on this whole year. Getting there!
This one was just fine. It sort of passed along unremarkably to me, which is mostly neutral to my thinking.
I liked the leads okay. I liked the plot ideas and that actions actually happened rather than being off-page and then discussed afterwards. But I was never fully hooked. So goes!
Also I'm just wanting some of these romances read, noted, moved along and done, so hey, less time here writing out my random thoughts isn't a bad thing.
