Loved this cookbook. One of the first cookbooks that I have tried most of the recipes and continue to use them. Recipes are quick, healthy, easy to prepare, no odd ingredients and my family raves. Bought this book and cooked one whole weekend, made 20-22 freezer meals and made my life so much easier. Can't say enough about this cookbook. I love to give this cookbook as a gift because I think everyone will love as much as me. I have now purchased all of Holly Clegg's cookbooks and enjoying them all.

I really liked the layout of this cookbook. And so many other recipes (besides the basic dinners) were included--appetizers, brunches, sides, desserts, main courses, etc. But again....not a lot of recipes that my family will eat. Some people may love Chicken Artichoke and Spinach Ravioli Lasagna or Ham and Sweet Potato Pot Pie with Pecan Crust, but not my kids...Maybe this would be one to keep in mind if you don't have picky eaters at all or when your kids are older and have broadened their taste buds horizon.

A great cookbook for healthy meals that can be made ahead or frozen. Great step-by-step tips on how to successfully freeze foods. The recipes are not too difficult to make. Good all around book for the novice cook with limited time to cook.
