About the author

I live in a small town in Wisconsin. From my deck, I can see the Mississippi River on one side and the bluffs, where eagles live and nest on the other side. I live with my husband Dave and dog Buddy. My two children are grown and I have two grandchildren. I love to watch people and that has helped me with my writing. I often use people I watch as characters in my books and I always try to give my characters some of my own values and habits.

I love to create characters and put them in a troubling situation then sit back and let them do all the work. My characters surprise even me at times. At some point in the book, they take on a life of their own and the twists and turns they create becomes the story. Of all the stories, I could write I found I like mystery/thrillers the best. I like to keep my readers guessing until the very end of the book.

Their lives were ripped apart for eight years and because of a misstep they found out what Bandit was hiding. Now Tate has a chance to get back what was taken from him. Nita doesn’t know who she is and when Tate comes to get her memories start to form. Will they get a chance to right the wrongs and get another chance for a happily ever after? This story will have you Cheering Tate n to get his vengeance and the love of his life back where she belongs!

Fantastic story about Tate and his missing wife. The story has action, mystery, suspense, and romance. KJ writes every book so you feel like you're part of the story. The characters are realistic as is the storyline. I prefer reading the books in order as each one adds to the "main" threads of the story that binds each MC together.

Tate and Nita have been torn apart for the last 8 years but with one slip and they found out what Bandit was hiding. Now he is out to get woman but will some unseen evil keep them apart? Will they he able to save her before they lose her again? An amazing addition to this series. It had all the feels and emotions and few laughs along they way but with all the danger and suspense you can handle. Can't wait for the next.

Love these MC stories this author writes. So real and the characters are real and it sucks you in like your right along side of them watching it like a movie! Great story ..Tate went through hell with what Bandit did to him and his family..but good comes to those who deserve it! Definitely recommend this.
