This is my first book by Morganna, but definitely not my last. I adored the Maxine and the strong sexy Raff. The sex is Dynamite and their chemistry is spot on. She's a bit stubborn and bratty, and he's just the man to tame her presumptuous and at times, wickedly bold and wild side.
Max went through an array of changes in this story both physical and mental and what I liked most is that she is so easy to relate to in a real life aspect. I have felt much like Max at certain, or rather uncertain times in my life. I found myself relating to this characters feelings a lot, which for me makes this book just awesome.
Now about Raff... Boy oh boy if he isn't every girls heart throb. Big, strong, sexy, and complete Alpha Dom material. I needn't say more!

AUDIO REVIEW:
Both the author Morganna Williams and narrator Jack Calihan are new to me and I enjoyed the narration.
I enjoyed this story about alpha male and ex CIA operative Rafe Jennings and the woman who has captured his attention Maxine Reynolds.
This book packed an awful lot into it. I really liked Rafe but Maxine grated on my nerves a bit. I felt their connection and the chemistry between the two of them is scorchingly hot but she seemed so immature.
It was great to see how Rafe handled Maxine’s doubts and insecurities as she wrestled with her issues.
Will Rafe be able to break down the barriers that Maxine has erected? Or will Maxine’s stubbornness ruin their chance at happiness?
Besides the discipline, there was also some spicy scenes, romance and love.

I really enjoyed this
Either she had good soundproofing in her walls or she sounded like some neighbors I had when I was young. Lol. I really enjoyed reading this. It was funny and sweet and romantic. Loved the characters. They were a.amazingly realistic and a very good couple. Good book.

I honestly haven't read an erotic romance with the content this book had before but I was willing to give it a try. Because of this fact, I have a few feelings that may not be what a normal reader of this would go for.
It would seem this type of erotic romance isn't really my cup of tea. I honestly didn't care for the dynamic between the two characters as much as I wanted to. Whereas I do like an Alpha male character, I was a bit turned off with him constantly calling Max a "little girl". That said, she did act like one. So, I can't really fault him for calling her that.
Raff was actually not that bad of a character. Sure, I didn't care for the amount of alpha he had and I probably wouldn't want him as a dating partner, but I did like that he had some kind of personality. I could see him working with a character like Max.
Speaking of which, I didn't quite see her as a female lead that I could relate to fully. Sure there were times where I could see aspects of me doing a similar thing but I felt I could relate to Raff more.
Morganna Williams' writing style is well done. The sex scenes are indeed steamy and I could actually see her story play out. I am unsure how I felt for the story itself, but I recognize that it's because this is a personal taste. I wasn't sure what my taste was and now I know a little more about myself where erotica fiction is concerned. Again, her writing style is good.
In all, I personally didn't care for the story and I now know a bit more about my personal tastes in erotica. HOWEVER, I would recommend this book for a reader who likes this type of erotica. The writing is good and I could see the imagery. It just wasn't my cup of tea.

This was my first Morgana Williams book. I was not sure what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised and really enjoyed this book. I look forward to reading more of her books.

I am an avid fan of the BDSM genre of books and read them all of the time. I found the Male character to be too much in this one. I know it was a shorter story, so I get that they wanted to get into the story.. I need to see consent not force and I found Rafe a bit of a bully. Max seemed like she needed a firm hand. And if the story was longer or had more history of their relationship, it may have been different for me.
I love Jack Calihan’s voice!! He did very well with all of the characters.. and he is very pleasant to listen to.

Oh man, I just read this book and I loved it!! Rafe is pure alpha male who knows what he wants and Maxine is just certain she could never be it. Boy, oh boy was she wrong but what a wonderful mistake to make, she is a lucky girl :) Loved the story and the characters, especially Maxine, she made me laugh out loud with her sass. Very nicely done and a great read!! I received this book from Stormy Night Publications as an Advanced Reader Copy.

Morganna did a wonderful job with this story. From the beginning the relationship between Rafe and Maxine is different than most of those that seem to wander through her writings. Maxine's behavior was over the top and Rafe kept up. I am unsure what to say except that I really liked this book and would encourage anybody to listen to it. Jack's narration was impeccable and his voice is so easy on the ears.

Max doesn't take well to correction of her behaviors, but that doesn't stop Rafe from teaching her a lesson or two! Max is a slow learner of lessons, and her brat behavior wins her the attentions she deserves. Heat, laughs, and good times. D/s relationship tempered with love leads to marriage and a hea ending. I loved it. I listened to the audible version of this book and Jack's voice is everything.

If your looking for a kinky take charge alpha guy, along with a girl with attitude, lots of steam in the bedroom, lots of spanking to spice it up and Jack Calihans expressive voice this is the book you want to hear. Short but, lots or heat.

This was a good spanking story. I liked Rafe but the heroine Max not as much. Overall it was a good story and worth the read. I have read this story more than once. I do enjoy the way the author writes the story won't disappoint.

I have to be honest here, I was really excited to read this book. I keep hearing about this author and was excited to read her naughty scenes, I must say that I was sadly disappointed.
Max behaves like a little (between the ages of 6 to 13) all the time, tantrums, etc. Also, can I say something here too (probably a little bit personal but bear with me)?? I have read my fair share of BDSM books, I really love the community and I wish to be part of it someday so I read everything BDSM related. In my limited knowledge of it, if Rafe is spanking her, she should receive some kind of aftercare (even if it's a punishment) because the pain endured during the 'scene' is de facto the punishment and her reflecting on in too. But being in pain after everything should NOT be happening. And I know he did hold her afterward (2 out of 3) and each sub determines his/her aftercare but it's like twisting your ankle and someone giving you bandaid with a kiss.
I'll probably give this author another try but I'm not sure right now. I just really didn't like Max, she made me feel like I was reading an underage book, and the aftercare thing also messed things for me.

Unacceptable Behavior is another contemporary romantic suspense written by Morganna Williams. In this one, she chronicles the romantic journey of Maxine and Rafe. They work together. Rafe is a dominant man and a former CIA agent who is attracted to Maxine. Maxine is spunky and beautiful. She tends to not take care of herself. She also carries a secret crush on Rafe. Rafe gets called back into the CIA to help out with a mission that takes longer than anticipated. Maxine misinterprets this delay for Rafe’s no loner being interested in her. Broken hearted she neglects herself and starts acting in ways that can harm her—neglecting her health and drinking. Rafe returns and finds her in this state. Will he intervene? Can he reverse the harmful effects of her misbehavior? To find out, you must read this book.
Once again, Ms. Williams pens another interesting romantic suspense. Her characters are mutli-dimensional. I do wish she would have made Maxine a stronger person. I am not to pleased that she had her take such a self-destructive path. I liked Ms. Williams use of literary devices like descriptive language, multiple POV, and descriptive language to capture her readers’ interest.

I listened to the audio book.
I was not a fan of this story. Maxine came off a bit to whiney for me and it just seemed to be to much spanking and not enough of the other things that come after a punishment I have read in other D/s books. I had a hard time getting into the story.
