A LOT of really easy recipes but there are no pictures, no real organization, and it's pretty repetitive. Don't get me wrong, I LOVE exclamation marks but this was so excessive I wonder if it was even edited. Also...a LOT of recipes stated that they were AMAZING...it actually started me to laugh out loud! If you're looking for any explanation about how the keto diet works, it's not in here.
Great book with lots of really great recipes. From snacks, salads and main dishes including vegetarian options & my favourite desserts. These are especially amazing and what you keep you going on keto. Easy to follow and make. Definitely recommend.
