Another dark and intense read by Piper Stone. This story drew me in from the first and I kept reading late into the night!

I haven’t DNF’d a Book in quite a long time, but I just couldn’t get into the frame of mind I needed to be to enjoy this book.
So yes while, It could be because I’m just not in the right mood to enjoy this book, but I won’t deny part of this book has a very close similarity to the beginning of The Hunger Games. Even though those books & the movies are not my jam, I can’t turn a blind eye at some things and I personally just immediately lost interest.
This book just did not hold my attention, maybe I’ll give it another go some other time.

I really liked this Dark Sci-Fi Read. The Centurions have conquered Earth and now men are forced to work and unable to marry or have children. Women are forced to breed. Felicity was raised in a camp and claimed by Voltar, Koltar and Degan. Will she accept her fate or rebel? This is a fast-paced read with loads of twists and turns, lots of drama and plenty of steam. I was hooked from beginning to end. Entertaining!

What the hell did I just read?
Nope! This was so confusing! I have no idea what was happening from one moment to the next and it made zero sense that the main female character went from 0 to 1000 in the saying she was going to defy anything people said, to telling people to take all her holes at once! It made no sense at all. I would highly UN – recommend this to everyone! I am glad this was free because I would be getting a refund. I don’t know what the author was trying to say through the characters but the thoughts were all over the place and weren’t explained at all. This book needs a hell of a lot more work before it’s ready to be published. Everything could’ve been wrapped up in one single chapter. I hated all of the characters too! Just no!!

Pets for the Aliens
This story starts off a bit confusing. There are so many visions, premonitions, and dreams, oh and memories that it's hard to figure out what is going on... I kinda wish I had skipped the first chapter it confused me so much. I even went back thinking it was about the hybrid who attacked her but no I guess its a premonition... the story does get better though from chapter two it starts to make sense although premonitions and dream memories do keep popping up. It is an entertaining Alien reverse harem story with shades of Spanking and other BDSM.

Too much spanking, they beat / r*pe human women basically for no reason and our heroine is special because she likes that.
There's some sort of bland sci-fi political intrigue plot in the background but that can't save this trainwreck. The male leads have no personality aside from belting women and being "super hot masculine alphas" and the heroine is nothing but a needy, horny recipient of their attentions. I wouldn't even call this a romance, there's barely any interaction between the heroine and the males and none of them seem to even like each other, lust aside. DNF

Confusing
This book needs a new editor. There are so many typos and timeline issues that it's hard to keep up with. The first chapter, Felicity meets the aliens for the first tume , then in the second chapter (2 weeks later) she meets then for the first time again. It bounces around too much and I couldn't keep up. It didn't hold my attention because I was so confused. I couldn't finish. This is not what I've come to expect from Piper Stone. Very disappointed.

It's called a reverse harem but it really read like a M/F romance. I feel like the other guys were added to the mix to make it more kinky. The bond between Felicity and Voltar was strong and they are the two characters that we see the story being told by.

I couldn't put it down! I am going to be sleepy at work tomorrow, but it is worth it to read this story. This is an awesome story! You have got to read it! The world building is fantastic. The characters are fantastic! You see what is happening from mainly the main hero and heroines view and all the different emotions that everyone goes through. It is a futuristic Earth where the aliens, Centurions, took over. The remaining humans live in colonies around the world, but not close to each other. The Centurions are mainly males with just a few very weak females. They need human females to have children. Apparently the hybrid children are even stronger and have more powers that pure Centurions. They guard the colonies along with some humans that work with them. In some ways, the colonies are really just breeding farms. The females, when they get to a certain age, if they are healthy and viable, are put into a sweep stake to see which females will go to the next triad. When they are matched up, the new family are sent back to their home planet. Some would really call the females pets verses a mate. The aliens are very disciplinary. Plenty of punishments for any infractions.
Felicity is our human heroine. She is of age to be in the sweep stakes, yet it seems that there haven't been anyone chosen from their colony. When a female is chose from a colony, the whole colony benefits with better food and supplies. She is the oldest of two daughters, and her scientist father raised her more like a boy. He taught her how to fight with weapons and to hunt. She has found a place that the security is kind of week and can slip out there to go hunting for food. One time while out hunting, she was captured by human marauders but she was able to escape. She never told her parents about it. It is just before the big Feast, when they chose a female for the lucky triads, and she slips out because a group of marauders is outside their colony and is attacking them. She goes out to try to get them to leave when she realizes that there are eight of them with one of her with her crossbow and arrows. After taking down one guy, she runs into a group of Centurians. Even though she calls them monsters, she can't help to be drawn to the biggest one. She even has daydreams and fantasies about him. She doesn't want to participate with the Feast and sweep stake, but her family forces her to go. Yes, she is the one. When she is standing in the circle of viable females and the guys walk up, she walks up to him like in a daze, and he to her.
Voltar, Kodroth and Degan are the Centurians that are to be her owners/mates. From the first time Voltar saw her, he was drawn towards her. He had watched her several times when she would sneak out of her colony but standing in front of her, she is a spitfire! She will be a handful for whichever male is fortunate enough to get her. He is the captain there watching out mainly for her colony, but he is also sent there for a special secret mission. He is to capture the head of the human marauders. He knows about the guy, but is ordered not to tell anyone. Kodroth is his second in command and is attracted to Felicity too when he first meets her. He is the more romantic of her owners. Degan knew Voltar when they were younger and were quite opposits. Degan is the son of a High Councilman, spoiled and such. He is sent to Earth to take Voltar's place as head man in charge, and he knows even more about the man Voltar is after.

Captivating read, impossible to put down once I started reading this book…
The characters were fantastic and the plot was simply amazing there was everything I have come to expect in one of Piper Stones books dominant male alien characters and a kick ass full of attitude human female, what else do you need?
It is a futuristic Earth where the aliens, Centurions, took over. The remaining humans live in colonies around the world, but not close to each other the Centurions are mostly male and their population is at a precipice where they need females to breed with, as earth is also in dire straits and they are the captive society they have to comply to survive.
Felicity is our human heroine, she is nearly twenty two and fertile so she will enter the next sweep stakes, she has a secret that she has kept from her family and should the Centurions discover that she has been sneaking out of the colony and going hunting they could all be punished, however she is unaware that she is being watched by two warriors Voltar who is the leader of the warriors and his second in charge Kodroth, they are both very drawn to the feisty red head and Voltar is looking forward to punishing her behind with his strap.
If a girl is chosen from a colony at the time of the sweepstake she will be taken away by the Centurions and then moved to their home planet where her and her chosen mates will raise a family. However it soon becomes apparent that there is far more sinister dealings at work with the choosing of Felicity and the sudden visit of Degan who is to become one of the three chosen warriors for the female chosen at the sweepstake, Voltar has never trusted him or his father and is more than aware that the attacks on the colony’s have started to increase and that his obvious psychic link with Felicity is too much of a coincidence to have had them matched without the prior knowledge of the elders, there are sinister dealings in play and he believes that their new “Pet” is at the centre of it all.
What lies behind it all and it makes putting this book down totally impossible you just have to discover what the final outcome will be and as I do not want to spoil the plot and the outcome I will say no more and let readers discover the surprises of which there are many.
As the truth becomes known it is surprising

Piper Stone has once again written an action-packed, steamy sci-fi romance that will have you glued to the pages from beginning to end. There is danger, hidden secrets, distrust, discipline, passion, and a RH love story that will bring a smile to your face. The story isn't horribly dark, but there are some spanking scenes. The story is fast-paced, but the romance moves a little slower. The characters are interesting and well-developed, the setting has been described with the perfect amount of detail, and there weren't any plot holes or unanswered questions. I loved all the surprised, twist, and heat this one delivers, and if you love strong, sexy aliens, and the women who are brave enough to take them on, then this is the perfect story for you.
Earth has been attacked by the Centurions, an alien race that proclaims to be keeping the humans safe, and humans have been relegated to living inside domed cities. Felicity is one such human, but she longs for freedom and a better life for her and her family. She is daring, stubborn, suspicious, fierce, loyal, and about to find herself some unwanted attention. Voltar and his men are the Centurions who have been tasked with keeping the people who live in Felicity's city safe. They are also tasked with punishing anyone who violates the rules the Centurions have put in place. Since Felicity isn't one to follow rules she's about to find herself in a world of trouble that might just be the best thing that's ever happened to her.

After the aliens was taken over control of Earth, women who were of child bearing age were chosen and sent to their home planet to be sexual pets and mates, also the mother's of their unborn children. It was an honor to be chosen for those that missed out were sent to be workers in brothels for the pleasure of the soldiers who could not hope for a mate. When she was chosen Felicity had no idea that she would come to love her new mates but also the punishments they inflicted upon her. I enjoyed this book a lot, the characters came alive with their depths of emotion, be it be through pain of through lust. An excellent futuristic Sci-Fi reverse harem romance with some dark undertones. The plot is very intriguing with some unique & unexpected situations. The characters are complex individuals & some of them are at times quite brutal yet at other times rather loving & protective.

Voltar is a Centurion is the leader on the mission and has found his mate even if she doesn't want to be his. Felicity is a human and doesn't want to be anyone's mate. She tries to escape but ends up capture by Voltar and he isn't about to let her go unpunished for trying to get away. Felicity tries to fight her attraction for Voltar but ends up giving into him. Voltar doesn't like certain aspects with his mission but he isn't in any position to make the necessary changes to make things better for everyone. Will they be able to be together without problems?
This is an amazing paranormal story that will draw you in from the first chapter. The chemistry between them is blazing hot. This is a well written and very entertaining story. I would recommend this book to any book lover.

The Centurions take over earth. They need to reproduce so they are taking the human females to do that. Felicity grew up on Earth in a camp protected. She never liked on how things went in her camp but she has heard that it was the same why in the other camps. There is a lottery of sorts called the harvest all of child bearing years are collected. To be taken was a honor but Felicity didn't think so. Felicity looked at the aliens as monstrous creatures that only hungry for your body, sex, and your soul. Felicity was out of the walls when she was taken by Voltar, Kodroth and Degan. I enjoyed reading this book. I loved the storyline and plot. I enjoyed this book, but I feel confused by some of the scenes. They felt like flash-fowards, then as your were reading those instances never occurred or were brought up in the timeline so it left me confused with what was going on. For instance, there is a stand-off at the beginning of the book between Felicity and the alien and then they "take" her right there in the forest, but later on meekly goes with them from her village straight to their ship were they "take" her. It has a good storyline, but the back-&-forth in time of the storyline twists things and makes it confusing.

This was an interesting book. This is set in the future of Earth. The Centurions need women to repopulate their species. So, of course, the leadership of our world said yes. Still in bondage! Felicity is a human who doesn't want to mated to three Centurions. But, she has to accept her fate, Her mates are Voltar, Kodroth and Degan. They have been put together as a mating unit. And Felicity is the one they are mating. But, there is a mystery going on. Who is the human marauder named Zayn? And what is happening to the women he is branding? There is a HEA as Felicity finds herself content.

Harvest a new release from Piper Stone, I've read her books before dark and a bit gritty loved them. Harvest is on a different path, for me it was okay. A good read but it just didn't wow me.
Aliens invade and take over earth and not everyone is happy about it. Particularly a warrior wannabe with a bow and a deadly aim.
The males involved warriors to a T, alpha and bossy like we usually like them. No really. *grins* Decent hot scenes and the characters were okay. My negative is just so close to a series I'm reading kind of the same concept and I think its too much of a good thing. Still Piper Stone is an amazing writer I can't wait till her next book.

Winning the lottery of life...
Piper Stone writes some really dark and delightfully hot sci fi stories and this one is right up there.
Felicity and her family are kept in colonies by the Centurians who had taken over earth and are using human females as breeding stock, but Felicity is a fighter/warrior who has defied the Centurians but she lands in the lottery, and is to be mated but she finds herself in the crosshairs of Centurians Commanders Voltar, Kodarth and Dagan.
With the intrigue, suspense, twists and turns in the plot and some very hot and descriptive dream sequences this was one hard book to put down....
Piper Stone writes some really dark and delightfully hot sci fi stories and this one is right up there.
Felicity and her family are kept in colonies by the Centurians who had taken over earth and are using human females as breeding stock, but Felicity is a fighter/warrior who has defied the Centurians but she lands in the lottery, and is to be mated but she finds herself in the crosshairs of Centurians Commanders Voltar, Kodarth and Dagan.
With the intrigue, suspense, twists and turns in the plot and some very hot and descriptive dream sequences this was one hard book to put down....

Wow this story is hot. I just didnt want it to end. The storyline kept me hooked till the last page.

Spanking Galore
I loved this story. Piper's writing style is unique. It is a fast pace story, so that had to go back a few times to figure something out, but that's how I read. The characters switch sides (good vs bad). I am hoping that this story will expand into a series. The plot twists and turns several times in ways you lest expect it. There is a lot of spanking in this tale, so if you don't care for it don't read this one. Otherwise what are you waiting for? I highly recommend this book.

The Centurions invaded Earth. They need to repopulate their species so they are having lotteries to pick their mates. This story is about a very strong willed human Felicity and the three Centurions who want her not only for breeding but for their mate. Voltar, Kodroth and Degan pick Felicity and she will need to accept her fate. It takes a while, lots of spankings and extremely steamy sex. Very good read. Felicity tried to protect her family from the marauders and the aliens that had taken over. She had suffered from the hands of the marauders. Then she was picked in the lottery to serve three of the aliens and procreate. Aliens she despised but her body craved. What will happen to her family? Will she learn to submit to her aliens? This story was full of displays of strict discipline. The characters were strong and very interesting. Interesting story

I loved her feistiness that the author easily protrayed in this book. The author also engaged me with the alpha maleness though the opening scene made me feel sorry for our young female because they didn't take her seriously. But it also set the tone for the rest of the book so it was very effective. The scenes were passionate and filled with drama. I was puzzled by her family's attitude even though the author had pointed out the circumstances of their life. It bothered me for much of the story. Good story with great characters.

Felicity was a true rebel, she didn't like rules and she hated the idea of punishment in any form be it private or public. She lived in a world filled with danger, aliens ruled her world and humans paid tribute to them for protection, but there was a world beyond the walls of her home that Felicity just could not stay away from. Her life is predestined, she MUST didn't know it, but that doesn't mean that she will go willingly!! Can she find what she is looking for, or will it just be given to her? This was a good read.

This is a very well written story with very rounded characters. There are plenty of hot spicy sexy scenes and some disciplinary spankings. The storyline is interesting and this could be the introduction to a new series. I liked Felicity, she is feisty and strong. She definitely needed her three mates to show her herself. I voluntarily read an advanced reader copy of this book and I highly recommend it. A very enjoyable and hot sexy story.
