Picture it, 1887 a father (Dr Silas Muffet) and his daughter (Eleanor Muffet) are in the presence of a new species of spider. Specimen 9958 is the name of it at the moment.

The spider was found in the North Eastern end of the Atlantic Rainforest and transported to Dr Muffet to find out what it is as it had killed a local researcher.

What will Dr Silas find out? And what will him and his daughter go through to find out?

I really enjoyed this book! And I'm happy to see there is another so I need to get that ASAP 😂. Overall the book had me hooked in and I loved it.

This novella was so special and unique! I have read so many retellings of fairytales and nursery rhymes but this is the first time I have seen 'Little Miss Muffet' retold and I am so here for it!

This book is Nursery rhymes meets science meets horror..... with unreliable narrators! Highly recommend!
