Winter grips White Haven, bringing death in its wake.
It's close to the winter solstice when Newton reports that dead bodies have been found drained of their blood.
Then people start disappearing, and Genevieve calls a coven meeting. What they hear chills their blood.
This has happened before, and it's going to get worse. The witches have to face their toughest challenge yet - vampires.
At the same time, Ben and the paranormal investigators are investigating the House of Spirits, a house with links to the occult that once belonged to the mysterious medium Madame Charron. Chillingly, the new owners seem to have secrets of their own.
As they start to investigate, Avery realises that the House of Spirits and the deaths and disappearances are linked. The house hides more secrets than they ever expected.
As the body count rises, they scramble to stop the attacks, while trying to save the people they love.
The stakes are raised - in more ways than one.
White Haven has never been more deadly.
If you love witches and magic, and like your urban fantasy fast-paced and action-packed, then you'll love this.
I'm a writer, a pagan, and a witch, and consequently love all things magical. I write fictional books about witchcraft and the paranormal, and they are jam-packed with fabulous characters, colourful settings, plenty of action, and lots of humour.
I was born in England, in the Black Country, but moved to New Zealand in 2006. I lived near Wellington with my partner Jase, and my cats Sacha and Leia. However, in April 2022 we moved again! Yes, I like making my life complicated… I’m now living in the Algarve in Portugal, and loving the fabulous weather and people. When I’m not busy writing I read lots, indulge in gardening and shopping, and I love yoga.

In a previous life I was a singer in a band, and used to do some acting with a theatre company. For more on me, check out a couple of my blog posts. I have also written a blog about how I finally became comfortable about calling myself a witch. It's called Leaning into my Witch.
This is book five of the White Haven Witches series and sees the coven and their friends coming up against a foe more dangerous than any of them have seen for over fifty years. Only the older witches from other covens have any memory of such a foe. It’s coming up to the winter solstice and Christmas for those that celebrate such things, buut being are disappearing and now Newton, their human cop friend, has told them of a body found sitting up on a bench, drained of most of its blood! There is only one thing anyone can think of that could do this, but most have never heard of one!
Genevieve, the head witch of their area, calls a coven meeting of all the witches around and tells them it can only be vampires! Yes, exactly what anyone with a bit of horror stories or films would have thought of immediately, but not something the White Haven coven has ever come across. While all this is happening, Ben and his group of paranormal investigators have recently got a job investigating a supposedly haunted house for its new owners. The house has the name of House of Spirits, from its previous famous owner, Madame Charron, a famous medium of the early 1900’s. Ben asks Avery, one of the local witches and owner of a local occult bookshop, for her and her boyfriend Alex’s help to see if they can find any trace of magic in the house.
The body count is rising and one of those killed is someone Ben knew. The witches realise that the first three dead bodies may rise again as vampires themselves and that they are going to have to make a difficult decision to stop the number of vampires growing. What they don’t know is where the main vampire is coming from and how many there may be out there now. It seems there is something linking the House of Spirits to these new attacks, but so far only Avery is the one to realise this. They find they have a harder fight on their hands than they could ever know. Past history from Genevieve informs them that vampires are extremely difficult foes to overcome and that their generation lost a number of friends and close family in their fight decades ago.
Avery and the White Haven witches are going to have to find out how the spooky house is linked to the vampire attacks and also try to find out where their daytime lairs may be. There are many smuggling caves and secret tunnels around the coast of Cornwall and that means even more places to search. After trying to stop the dead from rising and coming against the older vampire and only just surviving, they need to figure out a better plan of action going forward. If they continue to hunt at night, they may not survive themselves. But they have a lot of places to narrow down their search to find any lairs during the day.
What Avery didn’t expect, was to see one of the recently turned vampires, tapping on her window late one night, and her being tranced and walking over to open her window! Seems this is what has been happening to the new female owner of the couple who bought the haunted house, being visited at night and being used as a blood donor! Avery was only saved by her cats’ quick reactions. This gives her an even clearer indication that the house is the key. They need to wait for the owners to go away for a couple of days and then see if they can communicate with Madame Charron and see what she knows.
They follow the path this reveals and soon come across a group and have to use all their magic skills and spells to survive as darkness falls. A great addition to this series and I loved reading more about the relationships between the witches and their friends. Newton still isn’t quite on the way to accepting a witch as a possible girlfriend, but is happy to use their skills when needed for his police work. There are also Nephilim and even a fae to contend with to add to the storyline. Look forward to the next book in the series. I received an ARC copy of this book from BookSprout and I have freely given my own opinion of the book above.
Another great book to the White Haven Witches series. The author once again delivers a thrilling story with strong characters and weaves a realistic story filled with magic, mystery and the addition of the Vampires. She had me glued to the pages with her descriptive writing and vividly painted scenes. I loved and would recommend this book / series.
I voluntarily reviewed an ARC of this book. All opinions in this review are my own and freely given.
As with the previous 4 books in this series, number 5 is entertaining brain candy. A very quick read (easy to finish in an afternoon or evening), it was super fun. Recommended!

This is a wonderful addition to this thrilling series! Wonderful well written plot and story line that had me engaged from the start. Love the well fleshed out characters and found them believeable. Great suspense and action with that adds so much to the story. Such a thrilling read that I couldn't put it down. Can't wait to read more of these. Recommend reading.
I read a complimentary advance copy of the book; this is my voluntary and honest review.
ONE ACTION PACKED THRILL RIDE!!! Razing hell! Green has once again left me speechless and awed, ratcheting up the thrills, raining anarchy, fervent escapades and wreaking havoc, tossing this little fella into the eye of the storm, blasting it into a hissy with a life altering, mind-blowing culmination. A tightly coiling vortex of baffling events and stirring circumstances propel those churning emotions into play front and center. One action packed, hard hitting, pulse racing, heart pounding, block busting bombshell, melding this jewel together seamlessly. Add drama, turmoil, tension, intrigue, danger and mounting suspense along with a boatload of enemies while dodging dastardly intentions, makes for one block busting adventure. The dynamics and presentation in layer upon layer, you peel back with each page your drawn into this web so deeply until you feel everything the characters feel one page at a time. The personalities are well matched and balanced with enough flaws for diversity. The characters and scenes are strikingly sharp with abundant details and colorful descriptions so rich and lively, they blend and flow smoothly. Remarkable job Green, thanks for sharing this little jewel with us.
I love the White Haven group of witches and the adventures which sort of always turn up at their doors and this time the adventure turns very dark and scary as Avery's coven find themselves fighting off deadly and evil, animalistic, and brutal vampires. Dead bodies start to turn up in White Haven and the marks on the victim's necks and the fact that they are being drained of their blood leads the witches to consider what they thought was the unthinkable however, what they start to discover is scarier than their worst nightmare. It is a good thing that they are all growing in their magical powers and that they work so well as a group, and are now also working well with people like Caspian and Genevieve's own coven as all powers are needed to defeat this very strong foe and save white haven in time for the winter solstice. I love the loyalty and the courage they show towards one another as I have really grown to love our White Haven coven of witches. I am already looking forward in anticipation for book 6 as these books are such a fun read.
The White Haven Witches are faced yet again with a deadly enemy. It falls upon their shoulders to save the day. Many lives are at stake.
The witches have never encountered this evil before. As the bodies pile up, they have to find the source and stop this devastating threat to their community. They soon find that there is more than one involved in this terror. They have to work together to eliminate this agonising terror. Alex, Avery and the other witches have to work closely with the supernatural investigators to succeed. As Shamain is approaching, will they solve this problem in time to avoid further casualties?
This installment is well paced and action packed. The unravelling of the problem is full of suspense and intrigue. It's a page turner. The teamwork is commendable. It shows how much each of them has grown. This series keeps getting better. Excellent read.
I loved this story it has a body count, action, adventure, suspense, danger, twists and turns, magic and so much more to keep you entertained and turning the pages and this is book 5 to the White Haven Witches and this series is getting better and better as the books come out, sorry guys I’m not going to give you any spoilers so read the blurb and that will give you what you need. Fantastic characters and storyline this story is amazeballs lol and I can’t wait to read the next book that this author brings out, I’ve never been disappointed with any of this authors stories and I know that I won’t be in the future. Loved this story it’s a fantastic read and I highly recommend this book it’s definitely well worth the read.
This is another excellent story of the White Haven coven, in which the elemental witches confront a group of vampires. These aren't potential allies like the werewolves in the last book but terrifyingly feral creatures who cut a swath through the local populace. Avery's intuition leads her to make a connection with the House of Spirits that the ghost-hunter group is investigating, and the threads are tied together in a very satisfying way.
The romance and fashion elements are thankfully more muted in this book. The swearing, however, is rather more prominent, and I didn't like it. I never like it, frankly, and I'll just leave it at that. The author does a good job of drawing the reader into paranormal Cornwall and introduces a new fey character I look forward to seeing again.

This was an action packed book. Vampires here are very much evil creatures, and not human friendly. Great to see resident supernatural characters increase with the fae Shadow joining the Nephilim, and werewolves still on the fringes. Characters developing well and different challenges for the witches. Looking forward to the next book, 6th in the series.
Undying Magic, book 5 of the White Haven Witches series, hits the trifecta which is rare. TJ Green manages to blend a wonderful background of small town setting and community into the story. There is magic, mayhem, marvel and shifters for the armchair traveler, like myself. Fast paced and never a dull moment. The White Haven Witches are still learning about their magical strengths and just how large their supernatural community really is and now have to battle vampires while they are at it. Please start with Buried Magic and read the series to increase your reading experience.
Everyone comes together when the need arises. This continuation of the White Haven Witches series has left me breathless and tingly! The story is very fast-paced and filled with such incredible description you feel like you're experiencing it yourself! Things get very dark and the covens join together to stop this attack on the people of White Haven. You can feel the angst and frustration as the death count rises and the covens do everything in their power to stop the plague of vampires. This one will keep you reading long past time to stop for the night. Excellent storyline!
I have enjoyed reading this series and this book was no exception. When a dead body turns up with puncture wounds in her neck and missing a lot of blood the witches start to fear that the obvious conclusion might be the correct one. Could there be a vampire hunting in White Haven? With their growing collection of friends and allies the White Haven witches investigate a strange old house and try to defeat the new malevolent force before more dead bodies turn up. This book is a great read with interesting characters and a good story
This book was excellent and continued seamlessly from the previous books. I loved the character continuation and development. Both the story and characters are well developed. I enjoyed seeing the dynamics continue to evolve and grow. The story is action packed and full of twists and turns. It has suspense, intrigue, emotion and romance. I’d highly recommend this book and the series!! I hope there will be future books!!

Nothing more horrifying than the thought of the vampires stalking prey and creating an army of undead! Some really gruesome moments probably the heaviest yet in the series.. like the whole series is finally getting a real groove on! I LOVED it! I was reading one night and the wind whipped my window shut and JUMPED while I was reading in the story that a vampire was violently breaking out of a coffin!! It scare the HECK out of me. Lol.. fun ride with this book!
There is never a dull minute in White Haven, witches, shifters, vampires and Fey, life is never boring for the coven. As the get to know ea h other and become friends and confidants, the supernatural comes knocking on their doors. Solving mysteries snd keeping their town safe with magic the coven are always defending themselves and fighting to keep each other alive and well. The pa e is slow and zteady, with some a tiny and romance thrown into the mix.
Omg what can I say, this book pulled you in right from the very first pages by chapter 1 I was hooked, couldn't put the book down. Really recommend this new edition to the white haven books. Really good characters and a good friend brought back made one of the characters very happy. Loved the way the extended covens pulled together. Tj green you are a master of imagination and magical mayhem loved this book.
In book 5 "Undying Magic", we find the White Haven Witches and their coven hunting an awakened Vampire who is terrorizing the town. The Witches, working together each utilizing their unique strengths and abilities begin to unravel the mystery of how the Vampire came to be and how to best rid White Have of this new evil. A thoroughly enjoyable read. Looking forward to the 6th book in this on going series.
More dead bodies, magic and otherworldly happenings. Whats not to love! This 5th book in the series is just as great as the previous ones. Tracy has given us another book that flows easily and keeps you intigued from the first page to the last. As usual her characters are well rounded and the writing excellent. I still have the same complaint as always... the book ends before I want it to. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
Avery, Alex and the rest of the White Haven witches are asked by their policeman friend to help at a crime scene. They alreàdy suspect that there might be a vampire stalking the area but this just confirms their theory. I have loved every one of these books. I have spent many a holiday in cornwall being married to a cornish man, her description of all the towns in and around the county takes me right back there in these book.
The saga of the White Haven Witches continues and is was a great read. You have so many great moments in this book. From the sassy fae was so funny to the vampire with a story that kept you reading. I don't want to go into much detail so I don't run it for others. I seriously recommend reading this book/ series. You will take you away for a while on the adventures they have
I received a complimentary copy of this book and this is my honest and voluntary review.
The book is halfway through the white Haven Witches series as it exists so far. It does not disappoint. It’s great fun. This time the little coven of White Haven battles vampires as they prepare for Yule & Christmas. Romantic relationships develop further and friendships grow as the group studies the mystery surrounding an old house made famous by a well known clairvoyant whom lived there. I like this series set in England more with each volume. I hope there are many more.
Avery learns how to do witch-flight from Caspian which causes some jealousy on the part of her boyfriend, Alex. There is also the awkwardness of Caspian's continuous flirting. The group gets to know Shadow, the fey (fairy) warrior who was captured outside the "otherworld" and is unable to return to it. These and more adventures continue in White Haven as the coven solidifies. They are then faced with fighting off vampires.
Just when you thing things can't get worse in White Haven our beloved witches must deal with vampires! Enjoy intense adventure, exciting plots and numerous obstacles our friends have to deal with. An amazing book! Thoroughly enjoy this series - a must read for young adults and up if you enjoy thrilling magical adventures.
I know you should wait until you finish a book to review, but half way through and I just had to say a few words now. T J Green knows how to keeping you riveted to a story, easy reading, superb characters and good story lines. I must admit after reading book four I was intrigued to see where she went next, wasn’t expecting Vampires...
Undying Magic by TJ Green is an amazing story to read. This book number five in this amazing series that I have loved read and can not wait to see what comes next. I highly recommend this story to everyone who loves reading about suspense and fantasy.

The White Haven witches has to face a new threat in this book - vampires. These aren’t sparkly vampires though, they are vicious beasts that terrorize the town. This book is full of magic and action and is a wonderful read! The characters are believable and it’s well written! I highly recommend this series!

This series has gotten better since the last book I read (I enjoyed that one also). I love the comradery between the characters. Rueben is like the "class clown" of the group. I think that even though that's his personality, he does it to try to keep up the group's morale. I am looking forward to the continuation of this series.
I have read this book and have given my honest review. This book was the best, it is full of magic, monsters, vampires and witches, I had to keep reading to the end, into the early hours of the morning, I read some of this in the dark and boy when the dog barked I nearly scared myself . Creepy exciting a twist . Wondering what will happen next. I hope you enjoy this book it is so exciting.
