What is sugar addiction? The addiction is real and most people believe it is just a myth. The craving of it activates dopamine but too much sugar, destroys the dopamine system due to over-dependence on sugar. An over-consumption will eventually impact performance and causing problem to achievement in school or work.

The book is a funny one I read, with the topic of sugar. Curiousity gets to me like always.
