Mind-Body-Food Reset is a comprehensive and empowering guide for anyone looking to restore balance and vitality in their life. This book dives deep into the interconnectedness of physical health, mental well-being, and nutrition in a way that is easy to understand and apply.

What I loved most about this book is its holistic approach. Rather than focusing on one aspect of health, the author emphasises the importance of nurturing both the body and the mind, which ultimately leads to a more sustainable and fulfilling lifestyle. The book's actionable steps are practical and realistic, making it accessible even for those new to the world of health and wellness.

The recipes and meal plans are another highlight—delicious, nutritious, and designed to reset your system without feeling restrictive. I particularly appreciated how the author addresses the emotional and psychological sides of eating, helping readers develop a healthier relationship with food. It feels like a complete wellness toolkit that encourages self-compassion and long-term change.

Overall, Mind-Body-Food Reset is a must-read for anyone wanting to enhance their overall well-being. It's insightful, motivational, and packed with valuable advice that can truly transform your

I loved this book. For me it was less of a cookbook and more of a wellbeing self help book. Having said that the recipes are wonderful. I liked the snack tips and the cheesecake is divine. I have all the JS books and enjoyed the wellbeing part in this one best .
