Cognitive Shift: Growing Your Capacity Through Confidence

Rate this book
Kenny Kallen’s “Cognitive Shift” is about growing your capacity and your strength. Strength is our capacity to overcome challenges. The stronger we are, the harder we are to kill. However, in order to continue grow our capacity, we must have confidence. Confidence has helped me overcome:
--Fear
--Anxiety
--Depression
--Procrastination and
--Obesity

Confidence is all we need to accomplish our desires in this life. However, we need a process to have confidence. We cannot rely on it to just show up when we need it. I know my process works because I have used it personally to overcome everything I mentioned. Also, because I used it to coach nine Chinese Ski Halfpipe Olympians. Even though I do not speak Chinese or know much about skiing, through my system, we placed three athletes at the Top 10 in the world in their sport.

A Cognitive Shift is what I call an “A-HA” moment. It is that moment when something changes in the way you think, and you are able to reach the next level, complete a new movement, hit a new PR. Your eyes light up in excitement. These are the moments I lived for, in coaching.

Through this book, I will help you bring more cognitive shifts into your life. I show how to use science, intuition, and joy to combat stress, increase energy, adaptation, and motivation. I want you to build your focus and creativity, while ending procrastination, so you can live your perfect day every day.

This book is my process. It is what worked for me. Try it out. See what works for you. Keep what you like. Get rid of the rest. Express yourself!
