The next thing I was aware of was being pushed up against the side of the house and crushed by the big body behind me. "LD—" "Don't talk," he snarled against my ear. The feel of his hot whiskey breath against me caused a full-on body reaction. I could feel the strength of his arousal against my bottom and couldn't stop myself from thrusting back into it. His hiss told me what I was doing to him. With one hand tangled in my loose hair, the other went straight to my pussy. I was dressed for bed, barefoot, wearing nothing but a tiny pair of boy shorts and a cropped tank that left a lot of skin exposed. It was easy for him to finger the material aside to my bare mound. His movements were rough, a thick finger entering me without preliminaries. I sucked in my breath as my pussy automatically clamped around it. Teeth skated over the length of my exposed neck. *Explicit language and adult situations. This is a MC Romantic Suspense, and this is the third book in the Desert Rebels MC series. I have read the first two books in this series before picking up this book. I really enjoyed reading this book, and this series.

I love these Desert Rebels men, LD had heartache in the past which made him the man he is today, emotionless, cruel and hard but there is something about Jolene that scares him, can she worm her way in that tough exterior and bring the man she knows is within out. To top it off there is another MC out for blood that threatens them all.
Wonderfully written, action packed story that had the pages turning as fast as i could read them.

Not what I expected, much better

LD, wow not what I expected at all. LD is cold and broken man, his past would have broken most people. Jolene is a hard working women, trying to make her younger brother grow up and act responsible. The attraction between DL & Jolene is 12 out of a scale from 1 -10, a lesser women would have walked away.. guess the saying all good is coming to those who wait fits for Jolene. Another great story with perfect mix of action, drama, sexy time, MC family and well developed characters.

I’m loving this series, the Desert Rebels MC is full of gritty romance, sexy, hot alphas and strong old ladies. I absolutely loved LD and Jolene’s story ❤️❤️❤️ although I love all the male leads so far LD has become a favourite with his No feeling, hard attitude. Jolene certainly changed that but it wasn’t smooth sailing, she held on the the long haul and is rewarded with the love of this very smouldering hot biker. There was chaos and drama, and welcome end to a traitor. 100% recommend this book to everyone ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ you will not be disappointed 😎

Tragedy sucks the life out of you!

LD has lived that for years. He is a killer & a beast. I knew his character would eventually find a woman who would spark "life" back into him. He would be fighting it all the way. Jolene is tough, beautiful, independent, a friend to the MC, and has her eyes set on LD. Enjoy the drama, the sex, and the danger! 📚🎉❤️🌻

Ok so this was a really good book . It had the #$%hole alpha that had to make it right . The angst was up there (thats always a plus) . So all in all the book is in my second read spot. What I am not happy about is the next book. I cant wait it needs to be out like now . She gave us all these clues and then knowing how this book ended . Im a little emotional now . lol .

Hot and a Wild Ride!!!

LD has a tormented past he can’t let go of until her. Jolene wants LD like no other, but he keeps her at arm length. Her determination will help heal him even though he fights her all the way. Definitely recommend this book and author!

HOLY FREAKIN MOLY!
This book was SAF! LD's character sounds like one big gorgeous SOB. Just this side of a Greek God and Jolene is his Goddess. Wow, these two set the sheets on fire. I couldn't wait to read LD's book to find out the mystery as to what happened to make him so guarded. OMG! When I read what happened to him I just cried. It explains everything and it's just devastating. I can't blame him for being so cold and hard hearted toward not only Jolene but all women. His fear was definitely justified. As the story went on you could almost see the wall around his heart starting to coming down. Jolene has the patience of a saint. I'm so glad she stuck by him through everything. Her character is strong but vulnerable and I think she's exactly what LD needed. At times the excitement and suspense was so intense I felt jittery inside. I don't think the ending could have been better. Now Sax and Holly's story has me excited to read it. I highly recommend this series to everyone.
