Gabe is a prospect at the Salvation Kings motorcycle club. He’s also the president’s son, which isn’t as fun as it sounds. Especially because he’s in love with Joker; the club’s vice president and his father’s close friend. Joker is good at keeping people at arm’s length and Gabe knows it’ll be close to impossible to tear down all the walls Joker has built over the years. But he’ll do whatever it takes to earn Joker’s trust and, hopefully, his love.
Joker has been the vice president of his club for nearly two years. He loves being a King, and he’s done everything he can to live up to the responsibility he’s been given. He’s always been pulled towards Gabe and when he moved into Joker’s spare bedroom, that pull grew into something much stronger. He’s never wanted anyone as much as he wants Gabe, but he’s been keeping his distance, knowing if he gave in, there would be no turning back.
The Henchmen still pose a big threat to the club and it’s not long before Joker and Gabe find themselves in danger. Forced together, passion soon ignites between them, but is Joker willing to put everything on the line for a chance with Gabe?

I have to be completely honest when I say that I just love this series so far. This is not what some would consider your typical motorcycle club. What they do, they do it to try and make a difference and help those that need it but all of it is under the guise of being a motorcycle club. I am so excited that Joker got the second book because after reading book one and seeing how much of a hard case Joker is, it was nice to see someone get under his skin. I honestly cannot wait for the next book to come out. I am not too sure who the book will be about but I truly look forward to it!! This is such an incredible series so far.
Gabe has been in love with Joker since he first joined “The King’s” but the problem is for Gabe is the presidents son. Two Joner still looks at Gabe as a child. Three the way Joker and King keep dragging their feet where Gabe is concerned, he will never be able to become a patch member and always will be just the presidents son. Gabe is to his wits ends with it all and something does not change soon then he is going to have to figure out what worse he would rather do with his life.
Joker has always viewed Gabe as a kid until recently when Saint, Jokers best friend, pointed out thy not only is Gabe grown now but that he is also in love with Joker as well. Now Joker is having a hard time not noticing Gabe in a way that he should not. Especially now that Gabe is renting a room in his house.
Gabe is brought in on receiving a “package” and he cannot believe that they are finally letting him do something useful. But after a turn of events and getting into a shouting match with his father, Gabe and Joker are sent out on their own mission. This is where things finally start to make progress between Joker Nd Gabe. After Joner giving into his needs where Gabe is concerned, he cannot stay away now that he has been with him even though he knows he should.
As danger starts to increase, so do Gabe’s feelings for Joker. But Joker is not an easy person. Joker looks for every opportunity to push Gabe away. And after one specific incident he may have succeeded.
Can Joker get his head out of his butt before he loses Gabe for good? What will happen when the danger starts to seek Gabe out personally? How will King react if he ever finds out about Joker and Gabe?
As I said previously, this is an incredible series. I truly look forward to each book as they come out. I cannot wait to see what is in store for the “King’s” next!!! Ana has a definite winner with this series on her hands.
Was given this galley copy for free for an open and honest review
Meet Joker, bad@$$ VP of the Salvation Kings MC. Tough, scary and happy that everybody keeps at large from him. Everybody but one, a man who makes everything he can to get into Joker's face and under his skin: Gabe.
Joker hates the day he started noticing that Gabe isn't a kid anymore. Now he's a very captivating, irresistible man and it was a lot of fun to see Joker not knowing how act,how to fight the pull towards the young prospect. The big,bad biker doesn't see himself in a lovey-dovey relationship like the one Saint has with Nash. And to me the best part of the book is when Joker finally, finally gets all sappy and admits his love to Gabe.
Joker by Ana Night is a really thrilling and engaging book. It's an amazing romance but also, the danger is rising in this second installment of the series. Ronin, the president of the Henchmen, really wants to take down the Salvation Kings. I'm really curious to find out why he seeks revenge against King and his men and i can't wait for the next book.
Joker is the second book in the Salvation Kings MC series by Ana Night. Gabe and Joker are hot together. The MC vice president and the president's son... you know there is going to be drama involved. This story has action, suspense, drama, steam and romance. I love the drama of the MC business and also the fighting against falling in love element that we have here. All of the characters are interesting and just beg to tell their story. I'm excited to see what the next book will be about.
I received an advanced reader's copy of the book and I am voluntarily leaving my honest review and recommendation.
OK, I have concluded that MC books just aren't my thing... 🤦♀️
I think that if I tried something else by this author that isn't an MC story, it might work better for me... maybe? I'm just not sure. I spent an annoying amount of time mentally proofreading and editing as I read and that NEVER ends well for me. Joker as a whole was a bit disappointing, but Gabe was just adorable, and frankly, Joker wouldn't have been my first choice for him. But a heart wants what a heart wants... silly men! 🥰
Stepping away from this series, but not away from this author, yet. Hoping for better things if I can find a book that is more up my alley... perhaps NO motorcycles this time? 🤷♀️
Joker is book two in the Salvation Kings MC series by Ana Night. Joker is the VP of the club and takes his job very seriously. When be finds out Gabe, the prez's son is in love with him it tilts his world or its axis. I really am enjoying this series as a whole. The characters are entertaining, there is action and drama, the story lines and writting are consistant, and just pulls you into this wonderfully built world. I can't wait to see whats next.
Gabe and Joker were wonderful characters and I enjoyed their story immensely. Unrequited love is one of my favorite tropes especially when one of them fights it too and nail. Joker was such a character and I loved watching him "trying" not to give in into his feelings/attraction for Gabe. It made for some great moments. 🤭
All in all, a great addition to the series and my favorite story so far.
The story started off stilted, very choppy first third. Then it evened out and flowed really well through the second third. The last third I had more issued with. Poor editing, poor word choice (granted this was mostly in dialog and may have been on purpose but didn't fit what I knew of the characters to this point), and I never really cared about the 'big bad' of the story.
I love books of mc world - the family around the club as well as brotherhood. This too was okay read. Probably not best read as standalone like I did but okay enough. It was very basic story, I don't really have complains but also it wasn't anything special either. Average Motorcycle club MM romance story. Okay read but not great so four stars.
Gabe is the president son so he has to watch what he does he has been in love with Joker for a long time but when they live in the same apartment sparks fly but they have to fight to stay together, love this series i read this book for this author for my honest opinion
This series is amazing. The characters are amazingly written and I love Gabe and Joker two completely different personalities but the fit together amazing. Can’t wait to read more of the series.
Gabe has been in love with Joker for years. However Joker isnt going fall for Gabe as amongst pther things he is the Pres's son. I liked the way Gabe chipped away at Joker on their way to a HEA. Not a lot of angst.
A VP and the President's son . The MC they belong to are in the middle of impending gang war. Romance is blooming in between averting weapon deals, murder attempts and sneak attacks. I did not enjoy this biker story much ,but was better towards the end.
I loved the first book in Ana Night's Salvation Kings MC series, Saint. And now, Joker, is the delicious follow up.
In this book, we get Joker and Gabe's story. Their backstory is fantastic, as Gabe has been in love with Joker for years. And now that Gabe's an adult, Joker's struggling to fight off his attraction to the boss's son.
Gabe longs to be a member in the club, but everyone sees him as the kid. This aspect of the story is well done and full of emotion.
It's a forbidden romance with great development for their relationship. Their story is full of action, danger, and suspense. Ultimately, it's a story of needing more than the other man will give you.
The writing is fantastic, a great mix of lust and want with elements of danger and breaking the law.
Joker's messy, complicated, fantastic and emotionally layered. This Ana Night MC club romance is a ton of fun and I highly recommend it.
This is an excellent addition to the Salvation Kings MC series and I was so happy to read Joker's story as I was intrigued by him in the first book. Joker is well written, fast paced, sexy, full of action and danger, has some surprising twists and the characters are amazing. I love Gabe and Joker together as they have a strong connection even though Joker is determined to stay away from Gabe. The club means everything to both of them and Joker knows that King, the club president and Gabe's dad, would be against a relationship between them. They both have to make some difficult decisions and the club is also still dealing with threats from their rivals the Henchmen. The secondary characters are great, I love that we get to see how well Saint and Nash are doing and I look forward to reading the next book in this exciting series.
I voluntarily reviewed an advanced copy of this book.

4 stars
Gabe yearns for Joker to see him for the man he’s become, but how can he break down the walls around Joker’s heart? Joker has difficult choices to make - what will he choose?
Gabe was nothing but persistent in pursuing Joker. Every time Joker rejected him, it broke a little more of his heart. The author built up the sexual tension between these two guys perfectly. Gabe and Joker had explosive chemistry and I enjoyed the moments where they both got jealous and possessive.
There was a lot more MC business going on in this instalment which was great.
This book had it all; action, revenge, betrayal, violence and an unconditional love that grew stronger with each passing page.
Another Salvation Kings story and I am happy to say it was even better than the first! I loved the MCs and their personalities so much! The clash of characters here was really entertaining and the author did a great job developing the relationship. The story was a continuation of the previous plot, so it helps to read part 1 before this.
Second book in series and just as good if not better then the first. Hot, funny emotional roller coaster. Nail biting, I believe I even yell at the MC lol. Over all a great book I'll be reading again soon.
