V is for Vicious
My family was rich with love, but we were broke. So, I was willing to do anything to make sure I created the life I wanted. And because I was willing to do whatever it took to secure my future, when V extended an invitation for me to join, I jumped at the chance. I was willing to lie, cheat, and steal to reap the benefits of the elusive secret society. A V membership meant doors opened and opportunities knocked. There was only one line I said I wasn’t willing to cross. But when it came down to it, I wavered.
People always want to know what V stands for. For me, V stands for vicious.
What I did was a betrayal.
It was disloyal.
It was treacherous.
It was necessary.
I’m not the villain in this story. But what I did was vicious.
And that’ll haunt me for the rest of my life.

So, I just stood there, vulnerable. I hated it.
I don’t know how Danielle Allen does it, but she consistently delivers. Two sentences. Two simple sentences that made me say, “Yes Khloe, I understand you and I am rooting for you!” Her characters always seem to have a complexity to them yet they are still relatable.
I rarely have time to do this anymore but I sat and read V is for Vicious in one sitting. It had my attention from the first paragraph and never lost it. The Women of V series is a change of genre from what Allen is known for yet it works. They have a hint of mystery, suspense and of course, there is romance. Each story is complex and makes me wonder what would I do if I was one of the young women.
I am eagerly awaiting the next book in the series, V is for Vengeful!

These are the emotions that I felt while reading this book, once again Author Danielle Allen has left me with questions, V is for Vicious is the second story in The Women of V series, in this book we learn about Khloe aka Versed aka Panda. I really enjoyed this story even though it did not answer my questions from book 1 and did not fully reveal the plot twist from book 1. I look forward to my questions being answered and me meeting the last two Women of V for this class.

Better than the first!!!! And that's not an easy feat!! I became so engulfed in this sexy, smart, and suspenseful story that I could barely put it down. I am so happy with the ending and I am really anticipating the next story in this fantastic

I want to know who died and why. I was so sick of Tommy. He thought since he had money he could do whatever he wanted. I love Easton and khloe relationship. I am going to read the next book in this series. Good job lady

Oh the mystery!!!
This book here was so good. Different than the first but in a good way. It had a little more suspense in the fact that it took her a little longer to do her part. The first book she dove in head first and got ish done. This book she took a little longer to use the asset that was given to her. The twist and turns this one took made me too happy and giddy to continue reading. I couldn’t put it down! All of the characters were developed just right and played precise roles in the book. I loved how they communicate with one another, almost like you’re watching a movie instead of reading a book. The details are vivid and the locations are painted. It makes me so excited to see if there’s going to be a third!!!!

V the second was as amazing as the first. The story picked up in the same thrilling manner as the first. And guys, Khloe's V name was the epitome of correctness. Versed- you'll see as the story unravels why this is true. Khloe's assignment was to get the goods on someone of power at the University. The target shouldn't have been as easy as Versed made it. You will enjoy her strategies. Oh yeah...there's this dance in a Panda outfit you'll find hot and interesting. The backstory with her roommates and target Professor Russell, this added a great deal of excitement to the plot. The story is so good...I'm ready for the third installment.

Danielle Allen did it again. V is for Vicious is full of mystery, suspense and passion. From the moment the two pandas met at the V Halloween party I knew that the would be together. When Khloe and Ruasell met in the lobby I knew he was her asset, and from her attraction to him suspected that he was the panda from years ago. I knew Tonny was going to be trouble after his second pop up encounter with Khloe. A secret society, secret missions, suspense, a crazy stalker, and two people with great chemistry makes for a pretty awesome story. I totally recommend this story but strongly advise reading part one of the series first. 5 star rating Danielle

So different
Just like part 1, this book sucked me in because I was dying to know what happened. The mystery of it all is so intriguing and it continues to leave me wanting more. I absolutely loved Khloe's character and her confidence. She felt so relatable and that always makes the book even better to me. I think I may like her more than Michaela. Easton has definitely been added as a book bae. Butttttt I still need to know the whole story so I'm patiently waiting for the next book.

Very good read
Who would've thought that the three to four year masked panda was her guy all this time. Tommy just wanted her because she lost weight i think there wasn't a genuine feeling for her he liked to scare her and got off on it. They never explained who was killed and what happened to her. They never found out who ms. Mona was meeting outside of her husband at the hotel. I'm just happy that this v member ended up with the guy And not manipulative like Michelle was with nate .

Loved it
I liked Khloe!! She was very smart always thinking on her feet. Sometimes she over thought but I liked that about her. I was hoping the panda guy would pop back up in the picture and he was there all the while. Loved Easton! He definitely was a sweetheart. I'm glad they were able to be together without to much interference. Tommy was definitely a stalker, glad he got what was coming to him. Veteran showed her tail this go around, I would like to know her full story! I look forward to seeing how Danielle wraps this series up.

Unfortunately I will not do this book any justice because it was a middle book and I was so much in a hurry to get to the last.. lol But let me tell you I LOVE the student teacher relationship books... mmmmmm So this one went to places I never thought it would...
V for Vicious was really just insane!! Between Tommy and Easton I would be entranced to taking my earrings off to fists up.. lol Like I really wanted in this book so bad in so many ways.. lol
Believe me when I say this book with light you up and push you to the next book in a hurry!!!

This series is different and I really like it. This one didn’t sucked me quite like book 1 but it was still very engaging
Once Khloe met up with Easton for the second time I knew who he really was. First of all, why was the professor at the party. And making out with students. Tommy was more than a nuisance. He creeped me out. The body at the end got me on edge for book 3. I already know that Valiant will crack me up

Wow! This series is lit! Love the women of V! Smart, mysterious and drama filled. I feel like there are a few more stories to tell, to wrap this all up. Loved Easton and Khloe! Their love story although unconventional, was beautiful. What's up with Tommy? Feel like there's more of a motive there. Can't wait to hear Valiant's story, and find out who didn't complete their mission. 👍👍 Great work!

I really enjoyed this book. I will say it didn’t keep me guessing as much as the first one did as I figured out some things early on with the bread crumbs. But I totally loved Easton and Kholes relationship development. I found myself smiling a lot while reading it.
Khole definitely personified her her V name because that girl was quick witted lol
I can’t wait to get part 3 and find who the heck the body is!!! Once again Ms Danielle has pulled me all the way in!

As always, this author writes interesting and intriguing stories and this book definitely delivered. You must read book 1 prior to get an introduction to V, but the story is standalone, yet still connected if that makes sense! There were a couple of sloppy things done (as someone who is in the tech industry noticed) that would’ve been mistakes made by Khloe, but it was still an enjoyable read and I am now off to book 3!

As usual, Ms. Allen has spun a grand tale. But this one has left me with alot of questions, so i hope that once all the V women stories are told there is somethin that has answered/explained the missing info. I am sure the next will be just as great!
