I ordered this for my 6 year old nephew and he absolutely loves it! I read through it myself first and, for a kid that likes Five Nights at Freddies and Slenderman, it’s absolutely perfect. We had fun reading it aloud together. He loves it and so do I! The poems are fun and the whole book has a creepy Shel Silverstein vibe. Highly recommended for kids and adults alike.

A fun illustrated poem book whose subtitle is irresistible, “26 Poems and Drawings for Easily Alarmed Children and the Adults Who Like to Alarm Them.” For this purpose, the earwig is my personal recommendation.

Delightfully dark and charmingly creepy! McDowell's book of spooky drawings and poems is refreshingly unique and is sure to captivate readers of all ages. If you love old silent horror movies, as I do, you'll love this. Highly recommended.

So fun and unique! I love this twisted little book. I bought one for myself and one as a gift for a friend!
