Lawfully Committed

Rate this book
As a physical therapist, Christine McKenna is committed to helping her patients find their healing path. Coming off the end of a nasty divorce, however, she may be the one in need of healing. When she meets Aedan, it’s clear he’d be happy to help her in that regard, but her heart isn’t ready to trust men again. With the skeletons hiding in her closet, she may never open her heart to another again.

Aedan Donovan has a bad habit of pursuing women that he can’t – or shouldn’t – have. His penchant for unavailable women has a tendency to land him in a lot of trouble, and this time it’s gotten him hurt and in for a long haul of physical therapy. The moment he lays eyes on his therapist, he’s smitten, and for once, the girl he’s attracted to is available. Unfortunately, she doesn’t seem to feel the same way about him. Despite her initial rejection, Aedan can’t deny that there is something in Christine’s eyes that tell him she’s worth fighting for.

Christine and Aeden have instant chemistry, but they both have a past they need to get over. They were both really sweet together and perfect for each other. There were definitely some twists to the story, but not as much suspense as I expected, but it was still a good story.

Committed To A Billionaire is a story full of heartache, fear, and the need to mend broken hearts. This story takes you on an emotional ride between flirty happy to that heartache coming back full force. The characters in the story are all acquainted but that was a puzzle that had not been put together. The puzzle comes together one night with serious consequences, however with the kind heart of a friend no one is physically hurt. But that night two hearts start mending and the hope of happily ever after was both their wish.

Such an enjoyable story about two people who truly needed to find friendship and a true love. Aedan Donovan just seemed a little unlucky since being given an honorary release from the military. His latest was an accident while playing raquetball and ending up in the hospital and then with a physical therapist.
Physical Therapist, Christine is all about helping the patients. When she meets Aedan, she can see he is interested in her, but she is very wary of men since her divorce. Even though she tries to act uninterested, there is definitely something there?
Can these two heal each other? A little suspense, surprises and a heartfelt journey to love will have you turning the pages to follow the story of Christine and Aedan!

Aedan is injured trying to impress the girlfriend of a friend. He is always going after unavailable women. He is sent for physical therapy, which he is sure he doesn’t need, where he meets Christine, his physical therapist. He immediately falls for her but soon realizes she is wearing a wedding band. He decides they can be just friends. Bring in Steve, a friend from high school that Aedan hasn’t seen for a while and things get very interesting! This is another fantastic book by Marie Higgins!

When I pick up a book by Marie Higgins, I have certain expectations. I expect interesting characters, tough topics and a great story line. I was not disappointed. Christine, Aedan and Steve are realistic and believable. Steve has had a response to a bad situation that happens all too often. I loved this book.

Very good story again from Ms. Higgins. Good chemistry between Aeden & Christine. There is a twist after the middle of the book that I didn't expect. Makes the story suspenseful & more interesting. I like this book a lot. I received an ARC. This is my honest, voluntary opinion.

When Christine becomes Aedan’s physical therapist he isn’t happy to even need one but they become friends. But is it possible to stay just friends?
It’s a fun story with some action at the end.
I received this book from the author and provide voluntarily this honest review.

Roller coaster fun

Unentend splits, knock out therapist, suicidal ex's, the fun just doesn't stop.

Good storyline with interesting characters to keep you interested.
