I am always suspicious of anthologies that mix too many genres. However, this anthology is balanced beautifully, with a wide array of master writers. The first story begins with a dragon fantasy and the adventures just sing from there. I also appreciated the various lengths of pieces, each wonderfully crafted. Grant Hudson has done an amazing job of editing and putting together an anthology that is on par with any great science fiction/fantasy duos. I can't wait for the 2020 edition!

Fantasy, that's my jam, and this collection had some knock-out stories. A nice mix of both fantasy and science fiction, I enjoyed almost every story. It started off strong and ended the same way. I loved, Steve Carr's 'Name the Missel', 'The Roiling' by Jill Girardi was both interesting and funny. Other favorites include 'Triumviri' by Allen Wilbanks, H.E.A.RT. by Brandy Bonifas, I Shall Be Released by Pam Van Allen and Ifrit by Mike Kanner, but there were so many more.
