An amazing weave of action and character play that had me reading this book in one sitting. The scope is epic and spans several books. The earlier books in the series are spicy reads that define the worlds, the main characters and the conflict: Frontier, The Dim Zone, Audra, and The Timelost.

Impressive characters. There was a lot to follow, plot-wise but the action and world-building are stunning. The prequels Frontier and Dim Zone are good companions to this story.

Mind-boggling space opera. Space rogue Regers makes this whole series go round. Love him or hate him, some hardcore intensity and often grimly hilarious scenes. The alien Audra is a close second.
