There isn’t a lot of new stuff in this book. But when you compile it all up, it has all the makings of a wonderful reference book.
I was glad to be reminded of so many things I have learned over the years and have failed to use in my life. I used them at one point and now I have become a bit lackadaisical and have pushed some of these teachings to the side. Not because they are wrong. It’s more like I am lazier than I used to be.
If you have never heard of these theories about the universe, this is a great book to dig into. I loved how she referenced Joanna’s Sacred Scribes for the repeating numbers section. That is my favorite resource too, along with a Doreen Virtue Angel Number app I have on my phone.
It makes us really pay attention to the signs, synchronicities and coincidences we have in our lives and makes us realize that the universe has really been speaking to us all along. We only need to listen.
If this book seems a bit far fetched, maybe think of it as God is talking to you. God, the Universe, Source, it’s all the same thing. I will definitely revisit this book from time to time in order to remember and pay attention to what lies ahead for me.

Have you ever seen 11:11 and wonder what it means? Do you find yourself thinking of something and that stumble upon it in a book or in a song seconds later? Have you ever met someone that changed the course of your life for the better? This is a guide on how to understand signs and synchronicities from the universe. It teaches you how to recognize, interpret, and utilize these messages from beyond. I thought the author’s touching life story was a lovely way to illustrate the powerfulness of connecting to the universe. She uses many real life examples throughout the book from small ordinary signs to larger ones that have life changing impacts. There is a section of the book that explains how to be receptive to these messages by way of grounding, gratitude, meditation, cleansing, etc.
I’m pretty adept at recognizing signs and synchronicities in my life on a daily basis, and I still found this book to be helpful and inspiring. If you would like to learn how to synchronize yourself to the universe to be able to communicate back and forth in order to bring more joy and power back into your life, this is a must-read.

This is a fantastic reference and guide to understanding how the universe talks to us in so many ways that we may not recognize or understand.
I have always had a fascination with this subject but never sat and read about it in too much depth, but this book has lots of information and reference to read and understand.
I will be trying to be more observant to the universe/world around me and will definitely be referring back to this book again.

What a fascinating topic. I've always been open to and on occasion experienced something that I call a divine connection. Once it happens a few times, it really is eye opening to things we can invite into our lives when we are open. That being said, my belief comes more from my faith than a lot of the things the author was referring to, but she also brought in resources like the Law of Attraction, which I have practiced faithfully. Even though I won't get involved in all of the ideas she shared; I liked that she provided a lot of different practices that can keep us open to these divine connections. Everything from crystals, to grounding/earthing, muscle testing and more. It was a quick read, which I appreciate full of interesting information. As a side note, the day I finished the book I had one of those, "Amazing timing you have to text me today" kind of experiences from someone I had reached out to. :)

Enjoyed the ground this book covered, the scope it encompassed (for example, I wasn't expecting to see energy testing in there, but it was. A definite plus for it). The language is accessible and the exercises aren't complex, though I suppose a good amount of people could use them just as a springboard as not everyone will experience signs and synchronicity the same way other people like Tammy here does. But you definitely don't need to be psychic to see these signs - it just takes practice, like a skill you develop. A good introduction to the world of signs and synchronicity, on the whole

I am fascinated with spirituality. There. I said it.
I feel that whenever you want to talk about something that isn't there, something that is beyond the physical, people start laughing at you immediately or think that you're going coo coo.
The truth is I don't care anymore. If people care to talk about it - amazing. Let's have mind-blowing conversations that make our hearts beat faster. If not - fine. Just don't laugh. Or laugh. I still need to learn not to care.
To the book:
I liked a lot of the topics Mastroberte discussed, but I found myself also frown upon some claims. I seriously doubt that you can call on Albert Einstein's ghost to make you more creative. Nor do I believe in the "muscle test" in which you hold out food and if your body falls forward, it's beneficial, if not your body moves backwards.
But I guess that's fine. Everyone has to try their own thing when it comes to spirituality and it looks different to individual people. And that is completely fine.

A self help spiritual book, not unlike others that are out there.
Disclaimer: this isn't my genre, nor would I be someone to rave about these sorts of books, but my sister recommended it. If you are already into this sort of thing, you will probably love this book. It had some universal truths and some more new age type stuff. The book focuses on her mother's death, and communicating with loved ones who have passed on. It also talked about reading signs and the universe. You can expect to read about: number and animal/bug signs, crystals, prayers, oils, and praying to archangels. There is information about muscle testing, meditation, chanting, clearing out the distractions, psychics, and mediums.
I disagreed with lots of things, but am open minded enough to see how certain teachings could work for the right kind of person. For example, I don't think we have the ability to call on people from the other side whom we don't know to get advice, such as Steve Jobs (her example). I also don't believe you can pray to any God in any religion and receive the corresponding blessings from it, such as Shiva. I could get on board with her ideas on the "Soul Society," where there are people on the other side assigned to help us throughout our lives, and we can receive signs from them.
“...it calls in every soul helping you on the other side of the veil. Some people refer to this as a “soul family” or “soul group,” but it encompasses so much more than we realize. By calling in your “soul society,” you are calling in the collective of all those working with you in this life, along with your angels and guides, whether you know exactly who they are or not.”
I also agree with the following two quotes:
“It’s always better to take action than to not take any action because when you do, you allow the universe to continue directing you forward.” Think of the universe as a GPS that will reroute you if you make a wrong turn. This is why taking some type of action forward is always better than standing still because even if the action you take isn’t the perfect one, it will lead you to the right place."
“When we set an intention—which is really a plan or intent to take an action, make a change, or create something new—the universe immediately begins to work with us and assist us in bringing that intention to life in the world.”

I received this eBook from the publisher via NetGalley in exchange for an honest review.
I applied to review this book because I am interested in learning more about life beyond this realm and how the realms interact. I felt that this book would help me to delve deeper into how we are connected spiritually.
The book gets off to a great start, with the introduction making the topic feel accessible to the complete beginner. However, I immediately came across a stumbling block because the reader is directed to a resources website to access alongside the book, but the website doesn't work. I tried on various devices and couldn't access it. Nevertheless, I decided to continue with the book.
The author's retelling of her mother's passing is heartbreaking but absolutely gripping. She has a real way with words in this section and has an engaging writing style.
Unfortunately, following this section, I hit another stumbling block - I realised that none of the exercises had been included in this version of the eBook, and the pages where the exercises should be were just blank. As such, although I enjoyed reading each section, I felt that I wasn't really able to apply the techniques discussed because I had no idea how the exercise was supposed to work.
I carried on with the book and tried to get as much as I could from it, but as the chapters go on, they refer back to previous exercises that obviously I hadn't seen, so it was more and more difficult to understand.
I'm disappointed because I had high hopes for this book, and it's really difficult to give it a fair rating when I've missed a good chunk of the material, but I had to work with what I was given.
I feel like if I had received the full version of the book, my rating would have been higher, but I can't review what I haven't seen.

If you are interested in the power of prayer/law of attraction then this book is for you. She talks about how your spirit guides, angels, ancestors, etc. are around you on the spiritual realm and are ready to help you. The author talks about signs and symbols the 'universe' sends you for different reasons and ways to recognize these symbols.
It was an interesting read and a lot of the information is recycled but I found her experiences the most interesting part of the book. I also enjoyed the section on grounding; what it is, why it's important and how to practice it. A few times I feel like she gets a bit repetitive in her writing and I found myself skimming at some parts but overall it was pretty informative on the topic.
I recommend this book to people interested in LOA and spiritual elements.

This is a very informative & helpful book for those looking for a deeper universal connection. It is very light hearted, fun, & eye opening in regards to universal signs & synchronicities that we may overlook on a daily basis. It really gets you thinking and actively working via spiritual exercises to connect. The author does a great job in taking steps to help readers understand and connect with signs & synchronicities from the Universe, loved ones that passed (ancestors), guides, Angel's, etc. I love hearing her story and her personal examples to help the reader understand everything better. She provided a lot of in depth information, exercises, and meditations. I really love the "prayers" and variety of exercises, most of which are simple but game changing and easy for anyone to do. I feel this book has helped me deepen my personal connection to the Universe, ancestors, higher self, and even nature. This is a great read that I would recommend to anyone.

This book is great if you want to know more about symbols and coincidences happening in your life, especially those you think may have a hidden meaning. You have stories, and exercises to open yourself to the universe, and to become more attuned to it.
Even if you're not a believer in signs, the book makes you think about the possibilities of what happens to you, and if you're not into that, then you can just read about Tammy's experiences and enjoy that.

Signs and synchronicities, spirits, guardian angels and the afterlife, it's all included in this method to raise your awareness. 'The universe is talking to you' is an easy accessible read packed with pleasing exemples. Helpful exercises lead the way to recognizing the extraordinary in ordinary life.
While highly esoteric, this book reads like a breeze and oozes joy. Even the most sceptic reader will be convinced there's more to life than meets the eye.

This book was out of my comfort zone for sure. It was very eye opening and is a great resource to begin your journey into realizing what potential the universe has! I read this book in one day and have learned so much.
If I had more references to compare this book to it may have been helpful for ratings, but for a beginner this is still a good start.
If anyone is curious about the spirit world or what the universe has in store I would definitely recommend this as a great starting point and a very easy read.

Tammy is awesome at teaching how to be in the moment with simple to use tools in our everyday lives. She is passionate about the signs and syncronisities in life and that passion comes through in her writing. Pracrtical, easy to use exercises we can all use. If you want to open yourself up to a Universal conversation, begin with this book.

A light read perfect for people wanting to work on recognizing the signs. Sure enough, while I read this book, I indeed saw WAY more of this in my own life (meaning signs and synchronicity).
It also gives a lot of cool tips for grounding, tapping, meditation, mindfulness, gratitude, etc. It introduced me to a few new things that I've always implemented and greatly enjoy.

Wonderful book and just what I needed in my life at this time. The background, explanations and exercises I not only found helpful but also relatable. I listened to the book on Audible and also went back in a hard copy to make notes, highlight in different sections and I tagged the exercises I want to do. I highly recommend both.

Mastroberte's guide is about 60% armchair reading, 40% exercises. Some of the exercises are redundant but her approach is to give you several from which to choose so you can easily find what works for you. I found chapter 5, Taming the Chaos, especially relevant. She provides several simple exercises for grounding yourself in the present moment.

Very Interesting read didnt take long to read. Being a pagan i can relate to most of it some bits not.
Its in two parts 1st explans to you the 2nd has task you can do.

I liked this for the most part. If I'm feeling critical, the first basically says anything can be the sign of a coincidence. However, the author does provide a few guidelines and some exercises. The second half provides some guidance and techniques to evoke support or guidance. I"m sure many readers will find this book helpful. 3.5 stars rounded up.

Worth it?
While I am glad to know how communication works in the Afterlife and with angels, a long story about her husband and saying, " Oh look that up on the internet" don't really tell me much about the subject of the book.

This incredibly useful "instructional book for life", is something I now use every day. With its prayers, knowledge of crystals and spirit guides/angels it is an absolutely essential guide to receiving and understanding signs sent to you. 5 ⭐

Amazing book!! I listened to it on Audible, and there was so many tips. I LOVE LOVE LOVE the morning prayer. It's a good book if you are a newbie or have been doing this for awhile.
