Great perspective on leadership from experiences in Muslim culture. A good guide for struggling through Biblical, western, and Middle East/ Asian leadership paradigms. His chapter on Paul and his conclusion were excellent. I only wished he would have gone deeper and gave specifics for how to guide leaders through these concepts in culturally appropriate ways.
