A mulit-purpose guide on how to turn every institution into a vital contributor to all its stakeholders. Peter Kline and Bernard Saunders have demystified the learning organization and translated its abstract and fuzzy notions into and extremely practical competitive strategy.
It took me way too long to read this book - it definitely had some good points, but was often a struggle to keep reading the next page. I may try rereading this at some point to see if I can glean some more useful information, but not anytime soon. That said, the book does a good job of talking about how successful, learning organizations are set up, and how to morph a non-learning organization into a learning one.
