One of the most helpful books on coaching I ever read (after coaching youth soccer and baseball for years). Although the author comes across as a pompous jerk, he offers numerous methods to teach areas of the game that are often overlooked.

Reed provides good practical advice on coaching. I feel like I got a lot of very useful items from an experienced coach.

On the downside, the arrogant tone of the book gets a little wearisome after awhile.
