Man Down 2
In this final conclusion, Keemie is sickened when he learns who his next target is. He is unprepared and disturbed by the revelation of what this person has involved themselves in. When he refuses to complete his job, Keemie comes face-to-face with a decision that can potentially alter his life. He attempts to come up with a plan but when he makes a deal with the devil, tragedy strikes too close to home which leaves him horrified.
Pebbles is saddened by her break up with Keemie. She tries to make things right but she ends up in a situation that has her running for her life. While trying to dodge a bullet, she runs into the arms of the same person that has written her off. Will Pebbles and Keemie stick together and conquer their troubles that have seemed to storm their way or will they divide and become each other’s worst enemies?

Ugh! I didn’t like any of these characters. Keemie and Pepples never grew on me, if anything their relationship became more disturbing. His “kindness” was not kind and he was abusive. The small moments of repair was typically followed by more harmful behavior. Pepples was lost and naive. Bonnie was okay, but I lost interest in her and Adriel.
Gianna, the siblings, LaShonda all were 🗑️.
The true MVP was Trick. The only one with some sense.

Payback has Arrived!
Pebbles and Keemie work together although Pebles quickl realizes she Is not about that life, lol. When Pebbles goes and confronts Lashondra they fight and Azi goes back on his word after finding out Ace and Lashondra was stealing from him. Pebbles watches Lashondra get gunned down and it’s Keemie protection she will need. While the police search for the woman who saw Lashondra get killed, Gerald and Tiyanna figure out it may be Pebbles. Adriel is pissed at Gianna for doing him soo dirty but after Bonnie sends the video the JR (Giannas bf) shid hits the fan and a dog walke beating is what Gianna gets!!!!! Adriel is still trying to get Bonnie back y’all and JR’s sisters are out looking for Gianna. Charlene and Gianna head out of town for good when Gianna is beaten up by the sisters. Pebbles finds out from Azu how cold her mom was against her dad.Wow Karma is a bitch but some folks will finally get their happily ever after! Charae Lewis great work!

Wow
This book was definitely something. Pebbles mom was terrible like how could you lie all these years though. Azi deserved what he got for reals. Gianna should have never tried to be jealous see what it got her in the end. Gerald he deserved to be in jail because he had no reason to walk up to Pebbles and Bonnie. If someone pulls a gun out on me am not standing there we either fighting or am bring heat 2. It sad what happened to Pebbles but she was able to bounce back and Keemie was awesome with the food truck for the win. Am glad Bonnie and Adriel got back together the all deserved happiness in their lives.

G's up!!
This book actually had me shed a few tears. Pebbles didn't really have anyone but Azi's mom and that was sad. I felt her pain but I was thankful for Keemie being there. Pebbles made some crazy decisions, I'm like homegirl really. Bonnie has a horrible mommy. My goodness lady how you treat your seed that was. Whew Chile. Adriel was a good guy just choose the wrong person to have as a friend.

Thrilling
The ups and downs of love. This books definitely shows it! Keemie and Pebbles really went through it along with Adriel and Bonnie. I’m glad Gianna what she gave along with the rest of the villains. Lol

This book was wild! So much happened to Pebbles and Keemie I just didn't know if they would be alright but in the end they found true love! Ericka, wow who would do your child and love interest grimy like that! Gianna was really a messed up individual and I felt like she got what was coming to her! Bonnie and Adriel had me worried but all's well that ends well! LaShonda, wow what a evil person, she met her demise as well as Azi! Not one of my favorite reads but it was ok! Til next time!

The Plot Thickens
Chapter 1 started out with a complete bang and from their the story just took off. The plot thickened and the drama was heavy. You have 3 people from terrible up bringings trying to find their way through life. They been lied to, taken advantage of, and all of that reflects how they act and treated each out. Especially Keemie and Pebble. He has the worst attitude of them all, but I give him one thing and that's loyalty. He is a man of his word but when that word is broken all hell breaks loose. Everybody is a suspect to him. But it's funny how life works and how a traumatic experience can turn a person completely around. You don't miss something until you've either almost lost it or it's gone. Bonnie also brought some heat to the story. Here I was thinking she was this timid person, but she was on her G. Bonnie is one those types that pop when necessary and once she's out it over. There's is no changing her stance, that goes for Adriel and her Mama. The ending was like a breath of fresh air. It was good to see how everyone moved on to better things. Oh yea, Gianna, she needed to be taught a lesson. It was a hard one but you can't play with people lives like that.
The moral is it doesn't matter how many men/women have to go down, you never let your past hinder your future. Man Down, Life is Up.

Man Down 2
Gerald and Tiyana were both annoying and I understood they wanted justice but they were doing too much. Erika and Carolyn were one in the same with all the trifling things they did to their children. Just knowing Azi wasn't as put together as he claimed left me a little speechless. Especially with him acting as if he did a good deed so many years ago for Pebbles. Azi got exactly what he deserved for all the pain he'd caused. Keemie was definitely rough but I was glad he found a way to tone it down when it came to Pebbles. I didn't feel an ounce of sympathy for Gianna because she should've taken her L like a grown woman. She didn't take into consideration the consequences of her actions at all. Bonnie did the right thing because Gianna tried so hard to destroy what she was building with Adriel and seemed to have forgotten about JR. Pebbles was constantly putting herself in bad situations. I'm glad Keemie realized he needed his black beauty and actually began taking the relationship serious. There were a few hurdles, lies, secrets, and sense of betrayal but through it all Keemie and Pebbles as well as Adriel and Bonnie were able to overcome what tried breaking them.

Good read
I enjoyed the finale. It was not looking too good for Keemie and Pebbles for awhile. His mommy issues and her bad decisions were ruining their relationship. I am glad that everything worked out for them. I don’t think I have ever read a story about a character like Keemie. Dude was very different. He was kind a villain and a hero at the same time. Great read
This was a great ending to this story. I wasn't really feeling Pebbles at first but she's good in my book now. I absolutely loved Bonnie and she might have been my favorite character next to Keemie's rude ass lol. My mouth is definitely too smart to deal with a man like that. It's like you love him and hated him at times. Even after everything with Gianna, I still liked Adriel. I bet he learned his lesson and she karma got her good.

Good series
This series was good and different from the normal. The character development was on point. Not 1 character fit the stereotype of an urban fiction book. Keemie was weird and smart. After reading part 1 we know exactly what caused him to be this way. Pebbles background shaped the unique person she is now as well. Seeing them come together with their issues and forge a bond was interesting. Great read!

Worth the wait
At the end of book 1, just knew it was his dad coming out the hotel by his reaction. So glad akira got what he deserved. For years I tell my fami!y, I'm looking for a gentle thug and they tell me no such a thing. I need to find me a keemie lol! I would love to read a book about Bonnie new love and her issue with her mama and also about that trifling bestfriend. Shoot, even a book about the dad trick

I really enjoyed this series. Karma is a bi**h and Lashonda and Gianna got their karma. Can’t say that I feel bad🤷🏾♀️ Gerald and Tiyana got on ALL my damn nerves😒 Azi got what he deserved also didn’t feel bad for him either. Glad that everything worked out between Bonnie and Adriel. Definitely happy the Pebbles and Kermit got it together.

I loved that fact that keem was so different and intelligent. I really enjoyed the bond that keen and trick had that was beautifully presented. His mom and siblings where the worst.

Loved It!!!!
Man Down 2 took me off the edge of my seat with anticipation of who Keemie saw! Yeah it was crazy but sooo worth the anxiousness the characters took me through!!!! What was meant to be is and always will be!!!! Charae Lewis does it again!!!!!

I’m so glad Pebbles got her happy ending and also got to do what she love the most, i love how Keemie mean ass showed her tough love but showed her he really did care about it. Loved this series

I love Keemie and Pebbles together. Sometimes keemie could be mean but I loved their relationship. Gianna got exactly what she deserved and I didn’t feel sorry for her one bit. I’m happy Adriel and Bonnie got it together, I thought they were cute together
