You got into your dream school, earned the degree, and landed the job you always wanted. You have a beautiful apartment, found the right guy, and hit your goal weight. You’ve checked all the boxes that should guarantee you are living your dream life. But then one day it hits you—the life you are living has nothing to do with your dream.
You want to live out your purpose and unlock the dream that’s been in your heart, but you don’t know how to move forward. As a result, you’ve developed insecurities like “I’m not ready” or “I’m afraid to fail” or “I’m not pretty enough.” These insecurities keep you stuck and keep the dream locked in your heart. Stefany Banda wants to help you unlock that dream.
In The Next You , Stefany offers the push you need to break through the limiting insecurities that have been holding you back. Her no BS, real and relatable approach will teach you how to put in the work to get unstuck—and become the you that you’ve always wanted to be.
When I decided to open this book, there was a reason. Whether you feel stuck, or you need to be reminded of your purpose, Stefany Banda and her true self has the ability to motivate you to get your butt in gear! She reminds us that we need to be brave enough to go forward to our goal – with that bigger, burning yes inside of us. Make the changes, make the time.
We should all be that one-woman show that we are called to be and create our own opportunities, because if we don’t, no one is going to do it for us. Stefany reminds us that the smallest step in the right direction, ends up being the biggest step of our life. We are not small, and neither our are dreams!
Life may not always give you a stage, sometimes you just have to build your own.
Honestly, I like her book more than Nick Bare's. The reason is because she gets more in detail of her struggles and success. I can really resonate with her on most things she says. Honestly, I was so excited when she was talking about setting up her show that I wanted to help her out and be there to watch her. Inspiring. Stefany also discusses more in detail about Nick's mom, which I thought I was going to get in Nick's book. Crazy stories. I love it.
So this girl is from MY hometown. And worked at the place I used to work at. It was cool to have her hint about things she did that I knew what she was talking about… but like all “self motivation” books I found it cheesy.
