Draconian Warriors #5
Alien Protector's Rescued Bride: A SciFi romance
When hope is dimmest, a ray of light breaks through...
Daisy...
Being abducted from Earth was terrifying. When the fish-headed, aquatic aliens took me I knew I was in trouble. Thankfully I was raised to be a fighter!
I've struggled against my captors at every turn but how many times can a girl get beat down before coming to realize you can't win? It's wearing me down and I'm finally coming to realise there's no Prince Charming coming to rescue me!
I can't give up though, not yet. In a desperate attempt I join up with another girl from Earth and this time I'm either getting free or else. There is no other option, I can't live like this!
Then the floor shakes and winged demons from hell invade. At least they're fighting the aquatics but is this a rescue or am I trading one master for another?
In this battle it's not just my life at stake, this time my heart is on the line too.
Darnok...
Another mission, one more battle. Maybe this will be my last, maybe not. I can't bring myself to care anymore...
Being bigger than all the other warriors my entire life has been one lone string of abuse. The other males pick fights with me to prove how tough they are and the Queens abuse me because I'm so big I always stand out. All they see is the giant, none of them see the person I am!
None of them see my dreams or my desire to be accepted. How I want someone to love me for me. Even my one friend barely sees, because in this world, I have to hide that part of me away...
There is no compassion in my world. There is nothing to live for except to fight. Go to the next battle and see if this time it's my last. It doesn't matter; there is no other end for me. Sooner or later, it will happen and I've accepted it. At least then my suffering will end...
Until this mission. Until I meet the human female Daisy. Then everything changes. I'll fight all of them to save her, to make her mine. She is the light in my universe and I'm not going to let it fade!

Juno Wells wove an amazing tale with Alien Protector's Rescued Bride. As I was reading the story, I didn't want to stop reading. I wanted to know keep exploring the world the Author was creating.
Daisy and Darnok are a beautiful couple. I love his brokenness and her natural ability to love everything he considers wrong with himself. It's through her, he realizes he is more than just a Breeder. He's strong and protective, wanting to care for and protect the ones he cares for. She is accepting of others, needing to help whoever she can.
I can't wait to read more of Juno's books. She is an excellent Author.

Daisy Callahan was once again being dragged to a cell from the hibernation unit by her aquatic abductor. She was cold, naked, and wet. Meiko Hara was in the cell next to hers and they chatted about how they were abducted and if their family survived.
Darnok, one of the Draconian warriors, is given his assignment to gather specific supplies and to drop off minerals at the trade center and deposit the credits for the purchasing. His friend Roan was going to be left behind because he used to be a breeder under the alien Queen’s rule rather than a warrior, but Darnok texted the leader that this was a good mission for Roan to see another planet in relative safety. They discovered two humans being held captive and they freed them. A medical triage was set up when they found 130 women captives. Meiko, her sister Aiko, and Daisy worked with Roan to get medical histories from the woman and get them food and water. Daisy’s mind kept turning her thoughts to Darnok who continued to fight on the other ship to rescue the woman. She can see past the rough, scarred appearance of the alien, Darnok, and seems to know the gentle heart inside the male.
On the other ship, Darnok is concerned the self-serving aquatic enemy may harm the hibernating queens they are rescuing. So they hurry to the lower levels. When everyone is saved, they are disseminated on the 4 ships for safety. Repairs start on the aquatic ship that Meiko, Aiko, and Daisy now own. In the midst of the repairs, a package is delivered to Daisy, a lovely gown and shoes but no identification of the giver. But as the surprise gifts keep coming, Daisy eventually discovers her mystery admirer and the two get more serious. But as if happiness is only given out in small quantities, an alarm sounds and Daisy is once more kidnapped! Will her warrior save her? Or will she lose the happiness and more that she almost realized?
This was an interesting look at a different alien culture where the men revered females as queens, carried out the requests of any woman and protected them with their lives. With a human queen now in place, things are improving, while they all hope to find a world to start over in together. The author does a good job in making the environment the reader sees seem very real. Will they find what they are looking for? Will they escape the next attack?

This is a good sci-fi alien romance, with a likable couple, and a good addition to the series. I am glad that this series is continuing, as I am curious about the world the author has created. This book gets 3.5 stars from me, rounded up to 4 stars.
I like that this series has a different take on the alien men -- even though they are physically strong and powerful, their culture is completely matriarchal. They have been abused and enslaved by their evil queens for centuries, but they still revere and treasure all women. They are alpha males, yet they are still happy to be led by women -- what a refreshing concept!
Some other reviewers didn't like that the men in this series are subservient to women, but I think it makes sense with their history. It is all they have ever known. That doesn't make them weak -- they are just doing what they must to allow them and their children to survive.
There is a mistake on the cover of this book that I find annoying. The same mistake was made on several of the other books in this series, too. Most of the Draconian males are described as not having hair, but the man on the cover has very long, white hair. It is a pet peeve of mine, but I think the cover pictures should match the character descriptions in the book.
My rating system is below.
1 star -- Hated it, or did not finish. I usually only give this rating if some of the content is truly objectionable to me, like if one of the main characters does something really awful, and gets away with it.
2 stars -- Didn't like it. This rating usually means that I thought the writing wasn't very good, the editing was terrible, I didn't like the characters, or it had other major flaws.
3 stars -- I liked it, but had some minor issues with it. This rating means that there were minor editing issues, the story needed more character development, it was just too unrealistic, or had some other fairly minor issue. The majority of books I read get this rating – I do not consider it a bad rating.
4 stars -- I liked it a lot. This is a high rating for me, and I rarely give a higher one.
5 stars -- I loved it, and will probably read it again. Very few books are good enough to get this rating from me. The ones that do are usually classics.

Every hero deserves happiness
Oh wow! This is such a good book. I really felt like I was taken to the stars as I was reading. I love how this warrior’s soft insides finally get to see the light of day when he meets his queen. The author did a great job of keeping the story full of action right until the HEA. I can’t wait to read the next book in the series.

I LOVE a “undesirable” hero with a partner who’s like “what are you talking about? You’re perfect.” (So often we see the opposite with unconfident females, so I love the reversal) This book has that in spades and I ate it up. He’s taking care of her from afar yet running away when she tries to talk to him. I would read 100 books with that dynamic and still want more.
The world building is a little sparse. I had a lot of questions. This is not book 1, but it is where I jumped in. That’s partially on me. I will go read others.
I also just wanted a little more. A little more character development, more getting to know each other scenes, more build up. It was more surface level than I really wanted.
Still a great read. My first by this author so going to read her whole catalog now. Byeeee.
Virgin mmc and fmc, strong yet shy mmc, “undesirable” mmc, pretty vanilla steam for the whole he’s sort of a dragon alien thing, just a toe dip of some dirty talk at the very end

This is my favorite thus far Darnok & Daisy are worth 5🌟s💖
This fifth book in the series is truly my favorite thus far. It has a very Beauty and the supposed Beast feel. Which of course is my all time favorite fairytale, and I'm not ashamed to say I also preferred the Beast over the "Prince" . All of the Draconian Warriors are large, but Darnok surpasses them all he's massive and scarred from not just the battles he's fought but from the abuse he's loved through from his ex Draconian evil Queen. What very few see because they don't look beyond his scars is the noble, loyal, gentle and loving male that he truly is. He expects he'll die a warriors death and never know passion, love or family. Until he rescues Daisy. She is a human woman who was stolen from Earth by an aquatic race that deals in slavery. They were going to sell her as a sex salve or food they don't care which. Daisy was taken, beaten out in stasis, woken , and beaten again. She's tired and she's just about given up all hope when a gorgeous scarred Draconian warrior comes to her rescue. Funny thing is they are both attracted to one another and both of them are socially awkward. Yes, there are some misunderstandings and once they start talking openly they find that obstacles that seemed impossible to get around actually mean nothing at all. It's beautiful to see the way Darnok absolutely adores her and does some of the most wonderful things for her and Daisy appreciates a real warrior. Knights in shining armour are the ones you want to stay far away from its the knights in armor that is dented, scratched and beaten beyond recognition that you want. For they are the true warriors that know what it is to protect, defend and love something so passionately that they are willing to fight for it! Daisy my type of girl. She knows this simple truth and does everything in her power to make sure Darnok knows his own worth. It's awesome and my favorite thus far💖💖💖💖💖💖

What an enjoyable book this is and what’s not to love about an alien race the Draconians that worshiping all females and calling them queens. There purpose in life is to serve the queens as a breeder or a warrior but the original queens where nasty and evil because they had a parasite living inside them control every thing they did. Now since the black whole opened up and they where sucked through they have a new way of life after saving hundreds of earth women and Queen Cassandra was born to rule and with her mate at her side there is peace and ore among the other males and hope to one day have a Queen for themselves and because they have never been treated so good. Warrior Darnok and Roan are on a planet to trade for supplies and stumble upon two human females being sold and they save there lives by killing or the fish guys holding them and all the other hundred or so more on the ship in hibernation but one stands out to Darnok and that is Queen Daisy Callahan and he cannot stop thinking about her and decides to be her protector by giving her gifts and food and stuffed animals. And then she finds out it’s him the warrior that saved her doing this all for her and wonders why he won’t come close to her, she finds him very attractive but he thinks he is ugly but she fights for him and when are getting close she is kidnapped. How does he react once he learns his Queen was taken while is was fighting the intruders. And can he save her and the hatching that where taken before they are affected with the parasite. Read this amazing book to find out what happens next.

In “Rescued Bride”, we find our luckless heroine, Daisy Callahan has been abducted, along with another human female, by a crew of amphibian species of aliens. They were to be sold as slaves and were being prepared for auction when their luck changes. A crew of Draconian warriors happen upon them and over 100 other females also being prepared for sale. The matriarchal Draconian culture reveres females or ‘Queens’. The mission leader, Darnok, a mighty warrior—scarred by many a battle, is enthralled by the tiny human queen, Daisy. Darnok has a case of low self-esteem because of his scars. In the past females gave him short shrift because despite being handsome as Draconians males were, scars were a no-no for Draconian females. Daisy relates to him in a different way, being grateful for being rescued but also finding Darnok to be an admirable male specimen for his external and internal characteristics. He can’t understand why she prefers him even over his best friend, Roan--a Draconian ‘breeder’ genetically engineered to be a perfect male for producing offspring. I enjoyed the battle of wills Daisy and Darnok go through as they connect. The novel continues, providing exciting, event-filled escapades—Daisy even gets kidnapped again! Juno Wells is an excellent writer—adept at plot and character development so readers get rich stories, filled with characters, especially H/h’s we can applaud and pull for, who find their love and connection help them weather all the travails they encounter. Highly recommended! (While not absolutely necessary, readers can enjoy an even richer reading experience if they first read the earlier books in the series.)

Daisy, the female human lead, has been kept caged for months in an alien spaceship after an unknown amount of time in stasis. When the ship lands on a planet, she’s afraid she’s about to be sold and finally finds the courage to fight in the hopes of escape.
Darnok, the male dragon humanoid warrior lead, is bigger than most of his compatriots and scarred from damage inflicted by his previous “Queen”, who revelled in torturing him to see if she could make him submit. Sent on a supply acquisition mission, he and his men happen to find Daisy and her companion and rescue them.
Darnok knows that no Queen would ever choose him for a permanent companion but he feels drawn to timid Daisy and is determined to care for her until she selects a more “suitable” companion. Daisy can’t understand why Darnok keeps running from her presence…
This story is dual POV, well written, and a fast-paced, action focused, sci fi adventure romance, which contains a well developed romance as well as strong non-romance plot. I enjoyed the cooperation between characters (lead and secondary) to resolve the non-romance plot. I enjoyed the quieter character of Daisy compared to many other lead characters, and appreciated that she was still an effective advocate for less fortunate others. I enjoyed Darnok’s unselfish care for Daisy, and his shock that she would want a damaged warrior permanently. I enjoyed the relationship and character development. I enjoyed the secondary characters and their involvement in the story.

Daisy Callahan was abducted by aquatic aliens and they kept putting her in and taking her out of hibernation. She fought every time she could. So, she was put with the other human trouble maker, Meiko Hara. One day, Meiko woke, and her twin sister was gone. Darnok remembers his once Draconian Queen Rovinda reaping eggs, and children. Queen Cassandra had saved them. So, Darnok, is sent out to search for more human queens to save. Darnok reports saving Meiko & Daisy to Takadon Mathadar and Queen Cassandra.
I found this different point of view to be fascinating as Darnok did little things for Daisy. It was so cute and sad, because he didn’t believe himself worthy for mating a Queen. Human Queens are vastly different from Draconian ones, especially because of the darn parasite that makes them nuts and evil. Things go to heck when the ship is attacked. I found myself putting the AC on and chewing on my nails and freaking out. I wanted to cry. Daisy impresses me with her ingenuity a lot throughout the book. I can’t wait to see what happens next. Darnok and Daisy are perfect for each other. Seeing the baby Draconians always brings a smile to my face because they are little implets that are flittering about and getting into trouble. lol.

I've read a few books of this series, and so far Juno Wells has created an addicting storyline. In this book we meet Daisy, a human captive, taken by an aquatic alien race. They are awful captors, mistreat the women, and then sell them as chattel. Daisy is being prepped for sale when Draconians warriors detect the aquatic vessel with humans on board. Immediately the Draconians rescue the human females and this is when Daisy first lays eyes on Darnok. While she is initially curious, she takes her time in getting to know the Draconians, who seem ready to serve and bend to the demand of the human "queens". Darnok, a massive warrior even for Draconian standards, is self-conscious because unlike "breeders" who are gentler and handsomer than the warriors, he does not possess the fine good looks and lacks courting finesse. However little does he know that Daisy loves everything about him, including his scars, which comes with a story that broke my heart. I absolutely loved this couple. I loved how Daisy goes beyond the physical and sees Darnok for the beautiful soul he is. Darnok gives his all expecting nothing, and is rewarded with everything he could ever hope for.

Big and Buff Hero
Daisy and Darnok story helped answer some of the unanswered questions from the previous book.
They were a cute couple and I liked how she helped draw him out and express his feeling. They had been abused and were gun shy and very afraid of changing the conditioning they were stuck in.
Still think that there is no way human women would be okay with having so many babies. They would insist the males and themselves would have birth control to manage their clan. Not to mention the fear of population growth stripping resources like Earth had done.
One thing I am not sure author is aware of is her repeatedly putting human woman in the same or similar personality and ethically minded way. We have diverse religions, and backgrounds. Not all would be peaceful and gentle or like to be dominated. Many would be warriors (some with eye for eye, look at history, some women came up with worse torture methods) and some would be dominant in sexuality. Not to mention with how many women to men ratio on earth their would be same sex couples, or bisexual. Same would be for draconians.

Human Daisy was abducted from Earth by some aquatic aliens. She has struggled all of the time against her captors and is starting to realise that there is no one to come and rescue her. Some winged demons (or at least they look like demons) are fighting the aquatics and it is not clear if it is a rescue or a capture. Draconian Warrior Darnok is bigger than all of the other warriors and so everyone notices the size and not the person or personality. All he has are battles and saving the more worthy males for the females that they are finding. He meets Daisy and everything changes - suddenly he is determined to fight everything and everyone to save her and make her life comfortable.
I liked this story with Darnok having to accept that he had value (as do all men) and that it is wrong to think of them as disposable. I enjoyed Daisy and her attitude to life. It was a lovely story that had lots of merits as it changed the way that the Draconians were thought of and that they ALL had value (a bit like the fact that it is also true in real life ). Easy to read and understand. Contains some mature content.

I think this is my favourite one of this series so far. This is Darnock and Daisy's story and it doesn't disappoint. When Daisy is rescued from the Aquatics she finds herself attracted to Darnock, but Darnock feels that he is unworthy, a monster who doesn't deserve a queen. Despite this he leaves her gifts, no matter how they turn out. As they start to get closer and Darnock realises that Daisy is serious about him, the Moltans attack taking Daisy as well as three eggs. Desperate to rescue his queen, Darnock will do anything to try and save her. Daisy is resourceful and equally determined and finds help from an unexpected source. I love Daisy's attitude that the warriors are not expendable and her determination to ensure that more and more people realise their importance. Feisty, strong-willed, determined, generous and kind, she is perfect for Darnock, whose past has left not just physical scars but mental ones too. Hot, steamy, action-packed and full of drama, you will not be able to put this book down.

“A small part of my soul shrivels up and dies every time I see their reaction to me. The looks of horror and revulsion followed quickly by pity is difficult to see on their pretty faces... I have no wish to affect them so. Though I wish it were not so, I am a monster in their eyes.”
I loved this book. Great world building and wonderful characters. While I loved both Daisy and Darnok, Darnok was the one I loved the most. I've always loved the males that stand out for some reason or other- usually an undesirable physical attribute- and they are made to feel less worthy or outcast, and just need to meet the right woman to love them and show them just how worthy and valued they are. Darnok is much bigger than his fellow warriors and was singled out and abused Queens, covered in scars.
I loved how Daisy and Meiko were rescued. If I wasn't hooked before, I was hooked then. The initial conversations were amusing and cute, but quickly turned serious. The story was fast-paced and I couldn't wait to see where the action would lead. 5 stars.
I loved this book. Great world building and wonderful characters. While I loved both Daisy and Darnok, Darnok was the one I loved the most. Daisy is a prisoner on a spaceship and has been for a while. She;s not quite who she was before...she;s a victim and acts like it. Then the Draconians show up to rescue them. She keeps to herself and hides from everyone. Darnok is one of the Draconians who rescue her and the other prisoners. Queen Cassandra and her Takadon are trying to find as many gems as they can so as to be able to rescue any queens on earth as well find a home. Darnok sees Queen Daisy and is fascinated by her. Slowly he tries to make her life pleasant and plentiful. He does not consider himself breeder material for he was raised as a warrior. Daisy is drawn to the big scarred warrior. Their story is beautiful and full of danger.
Another beautiful and exciting story of the Draconians and earth females.
Fantastic story and read!!!

I kept losing interest and putting this book down to do other things. The plot and blurb had me eagerly waiting to read this as I’ve read others from this author and this particular series. Unfortunately the expectations fell flat just like the story did for me. The main characters, Darnok and Daisy, met, immediate attraction and then happily ever after. Not quite as I’ve just said because there’s kidnapping, killings and alien babies involved throughout but the action was muted by bland and oftentimes rushed explanations and scenarios. It felt overdone and haphazard or maybe just lacking in getting a heartfelt emotion from me. I can’t really explain why I feel this way but it was hard not to just skip over most of the dialogue and pages. Read for yourself as it might engage your inner romantic and perhaps leave you with a better overall feeling than it did for me.

Rescued is right
Daisy was kidnapped by Aliens... then the crazy/interesting stuff starts happening.
Darnok is a scarred warrior who has been listening to all the wrong voices, the ones that say women only see a man’s appearance, and only want an attractive man.
I find the stories in this series charming, because the women step up in a variety of ways when they are faced with people in need of leaders, including empowering some of their own people instead of furthering the belief that a specific gender is meant to rule.
I feel like I have been reading this series out of order, but even with that I enjoyed this quick read, done in one story, as a stand alone read.
I started reading a gifted copy, switched to the Kindle Unlimited version when it was released, and chose to post a review.

He's🐉🍆⛲🔪🔫 So Unworthy! Her 💘Love Has Wings!
Alpha Alien Male🐉Abduction, Rescue, and Adventure Romance💕.
What will it take for super hot winged Draconian🐉🍆⛲🔪🔫 warrior, Darnok, to believe the human woman he rescued and worships can truly care for him and his massive, muscular💪 but scarred body?
Darnok🐉🍆⛲🔪🔫 rescues Daisy💃🌼 and makes her his 👑Queen, but he feels unworthy of her affections, although she is the only thing he dreams of. Daisy💃🌼 thinks he is pretty awesome but she can't understand why he flees from her when she approaches him.
Strict societal upbringing has divided the Draconians into several classes, including warriors and breeders.
Darnok🐉🔪🔫 assumes Daisy💃🌼 wants a breeder male, not him, a battle scarred warrior. WRONG!

Loved this - Alien abduction and abused by her captors, rescued but untrusting of her rescuers Daisy finds herself in space! She spent a year at the mercy of Aquatic captors alternately hibernating and abused before finding herself about to be sold, then rescued by Draconians but she does not trust that this is not a ruse! Drakon and his fellow Draconians revere women as queens, particularly Earth women havin been rescued from an abusive queen by one! They try and help Daisy and her fellow ladies assimilate into their society!
Ultimately, this is a romance with drama and adventure thrown in and it delivers nicely! I loved th ebb and flow of the tale and the characterisation and the completeness of the tale in the end!

A great addition to the series, Daisy and Darnok are both characters that will draw you into the story, but their individual stories are just as much of a draw for me. Where Daisy begins this book as a beaten-down prisoner, she comes up swinging and her story gets deeper as the story progresses. Darnok is adorably inept at love but I was constantly rooting for him to win his queen. There were parts of the story that were almost obnoxiously sweet, but they are easy to skim through. The story focuses so much on these two that you can't help but be invested in their lives. Daisy is a survivor and Darnok deserves a break. I loved these two characters and their story just makes me love this series even more than I already do. I can't wait to read the next one in the series, I only wish it was easier to put them in order.

Ok I think this story was my favorite out of all the stories Juno has written. It has drama, attitude, and whole lotta sex appeal. I was a little taken aback by Daisy as she just refused to believe the other brides about the kind of life that the Draconian Warriors want to provide all the brides. Daisy finally understood that the warriors are strictly for the well being of their brides and will do anything to make sure that they have only the best each warrior can provide them. I find this series (even though you can read them all as standalones) to be entertaining and enjoyable. I am patiently waiting for more.

Alien Protector’s Rescued Bride by Juno Wells is an incredible alien human romance. This book has a wonderfully unusual world in which a unique set of different types of aliens are featured. I loved the way that they different alien races were described and how their differences were portrayed through their actions in the story. The world building in this book is just amazing. The characters are all so interesting and compelling that I fell in love with many of them featured in this story. I especially found myself falling in love with the character of Darnok and the human Daisy when she finally claims him as her mate. In my opinion, this is one alien human love story that any romance reader will love. Alien Protector’s Rescued Bride is a 5++ star adventure filled steamy romance.

Favorite Draconian warriors story so far
Contains subject matter that may be a trigger or offensive to some including adult language, steamy intimate scenes and violence (kidnapping, fighting, death, etc.)
While this could be read as a stand-alone, I highly recommend the series be read in order for maximum reader satisfaction and to prevent spoilers.
Darnok and Daisy’s story is well-written with less grammatical errors than previous stories in the series, and picks up a little bit after the end of book 4. This provides more information about what transpired between the time Queen Cassandra escaped to the Naxis and the time additional Draconian people crossed over to join her.

Great characters, interesting plot & very adventurous alien romance. Darnok is a warrior and has had a tough time with his self-worth. He’s her protector, she’s drawn to him regardless of his appearance. He’s very….capable but also has a soft heart. She’s wise, never gives up hope, compassionate and feisty. Their story is interesting with some twist and entertaining. Full of alien action, good and some not so good, with very informative alien customs and even a little humor. I really love the unique hatchlings & the queen concept. I received an advance review copy at no cost and without obligation from the author.

Book five in the Draconian Brides series a well written story that kept me turning pages and one I was not putting down until I finished reading. So one very late night. Daisy gets abducted from Earth by fish-headed, aquatic aliens and she is rescued by Darnok and his crew. They will have somethings to overcome, one of them is his belief that he is not good enough to have a mate. I enjoyed reading their story and seeing how they get their happy ending. I hope there is going to be more to come in this series. Daisy was abducted from earth by fish head aliens who plan to sell her on the slave market Daisy tries to fight them but it’s no good, then she is saved by Darnok who wants a human queen for himself and he believes that Daisy is his and he leaves little presents around for her to find she doesn’t know who’s doing this for her but then she catches Darnok leaving a present at her door. Daisy is kidnapped again and Darnok will rip this world apart to get her back. Fantastic story I love these stories actually I have the whole series of them, it’s another hit by Juno Wells and I highly recommend this book it’s definitely well worth the read.

Awesome world
While, I did enjoy this book it kind of felt like I jumped right in the middle of a series. I checked and couldn't find anything but that doesn't mean anything. After I understood the missing information I was really in love with this story. It was so much fun to read. I was up until three in the morning before I finished.
This is my first by this author but it sure sonny be my last. I'll check again and see if there are any more books with this world in it that I missed.
I do recommend this book. The world and characters are amazing. And it was funny throughout.

Different by still awesome
I love that this story has a different twist to it where the females are the dominant ones and the males are the care takers but at the same time the males are still manly if you will. I've read the entire series several times already and still cant get enough.
I loved how daisy character saw hers turned from someone weak to herself to stronger and willing to fight for darnok and want a future with him.
Poor darnok I loved how he grew and started to see him self as a worthy Male for daisy and not just a huge monster that scares females. Need more would love to read roans and kane's books and see if and when the recover the rest of his family.

Alien Protector’s Rescued Bride by Miranda Martin continues the Draconian Warriors saga in book 5. This time human female abductee Daisy is saved from the aquatic aliens along with another woman who turns out to be the twin of another human saved in the last book. Darnok is a huge scarred warrior who yearns for Daisy, making her beautiful clothing, a fur cloak as she’s always cold, and stuffies resembling a cross between a bear and a rabbit. She finally convinces him that he’s her one and only, and then the spice emerges. Lots of great action, spice, and romance!.
