The information in this book is quite useful for an expectant father with little background on pregnancy, childbirth, and newborn care. The information is simply described and in plain language. The book even does a decent, but not great, job at avoiding the toxic tone of other fatherhood books. However, I found this to be one of the most poorly edited books I have ever read. It is absolutely riddled with grammatical errors, repeated phrases, and misplaced words. Its so bad that it distracts from the content and raises questions about the legitimacy of the information. This book could serve as a first pass at the genre for new dads but probably should not be your only one.
