I just want to gush! Awesome story and fabulous ending.

The author has been including recaps in the front of her trilogies or series and I find them very helpful to refresh.
The Savage Series thankfully was released rather quickly so not too much had been lost and I was anxious to finally get the outcome.
This book started right where it left off and just a few days before the grand finale. The pace is definitely quickened and you can feel the tension in the story ramping up.
Rick and Candy are healing and building their relationship in a fiery and passionate way which just adds more combustion to the entire progression.
With many twists and turns and added characters to the mix, you really have to read carefully to keep track of who the good guys are and who aren’t. It’s hard sometimes to know who to trust.
I love the addition of characters from other series such as Kane and Lilah. That just really made us come full circle for me. Lilah was one of my favorite characters.
Without giving away what happens, suffice it to say that Savage Love lives up to its name and is a magnificent conclusion to this hot ass series. Amazing characters, super sensual connections between Savage and Candace and only one author can deliver this type of romantic suspense.
If you love romantic suspense, this is the author and the series that delivers! So freaking good.

I got such a kick out of this final book. The surprise appearance of a much loved couple was a big part to why I loved this ending. However, seeing Rick Savage finally get his girl really made me happy.
I've loved his big, silly presence in so many books, but you could see he held in a pain from his past. As lovable as he always came across, I just wanted to see him happy.
Candace was a bit of a surprise for me. I'm not sure what I imagined for Rick, but she ended up being perfect for him. I really like how she just got his silly sense of humor, and how she grounded him.
As a bonus, you get to see all the Walker Security guys in this last book. I love how they came together for Rick and Candace. You could see how he finally felt like he was home and a lot of that had to do with these guys.
I'm feeling a bit greedy. Since we got Rick's story, now I want more. There is another Walker guy who hasn't found his forever yet. I hope that's coming soon.

I devoured this book in one day! I was looking forward to seeing how Candy and Savage's story would end, on a happy note I was sure but after the last cliffhanger I just wasn't sure how they were gong to get it. Needless to say Lisa Renee Jones did a wonderful job with keeping me on the edge of my seat, page after page with my heart beating so fiercely I thought it was going to pop out of my chest.

Those of you finding this series right now, like today, are lucky because you can binge all three books are not, but you don’t have to wait if you don’t want to. I decided to read these instalments as they published. Although I enjoyed the heck out of the journey of Rick and Candace, the wait was torture!! Lesson learned … maybe. *shrug*
When I read the first book in this trilogy, one of the things I wrote in my review was “holy balls, I am so glad we get a break ! Trilogies for the #win!”. No one ever thinks that when they read duets or trilogies but with this one, it was necessary to take the break. Plus it was only a few months between the releases so no biggie. However, the holy balls momentum from book one died in book two. Savage Burn was one of those books that just happened. At least it was for me. And now here come Savage Love and we are off and running again! SO when I look at the three books side by side, they play out exactly as a one book story would. There’s a build, then some story with a conflict, and then we’re moving to the finish line. Well done!
Savage Love picks up right were we left off and the author recaps at the beginning for us, so you get a quick refresher. Another great point for her! LOL There are more twist in this part of the story for you to keep track of so pay attention lol This author is one of the best at romantic suspense that I have ever read. She is glorious with the passion and intensity of her stories and also keeps you on your toes with the plot points. It is always an intense ride overall with one of her stories and this was no different!

I really do love savage and i’m really enjoying his time with Candace, however when we left off at the end of book 2, we saw that there was a chance that they weren’t going to come out of this unscathed. I ‘mean, honestly, it’s really silly (slash stupid) to think that they won’t get their happily ever after, but to my wording choice at least, unscathed is the better description.
While going to the cemetery to search for the flash drive that Savage hid at his mother’s grave, of course drama has to follow – in the form of Wes, a man that has a vendetta against Savage for killing his wife (which was deserved based on the story we were told) and he has Candace by the throat with a knife there as well. There’s just a moment to react to save her life and that’s what Rick does – freeing Candace from his grasp and giving them a moment to flee safely (ish).
If only the drama stopped there, right? We know that there are so many uncertain pieces to this story – understanding who is going end up alive, who’s going to find out the motives behind everything and how to finish it all off. I know that the Walkers have some intense skill, so it’s only everyone’s guess that they they will prevail right?
We spend much of this final installment on the run. Every time we think there’s a moment to breathe, another adversary comes out. Tag is s till a wild card since Savage knows that he’s dirty yet doesn’t know how to bring him down without triggering all sorts of things. Gabriel is twisted and dirty on so many levels that it’s a mess in the making too. Candace is pulled into this every time she tries to get out because they what to make sure that she’s. safe meaning that she has to play the doting fiance (even knowing everything that she does about him)
Add to that, her father is still being held and they need to extract him, and then an assassin is put on Candace’s tail, one that doesn’t always follow the rules, so we see the call for help from a cartel lord – one that we haven’t met in this series, but one that’s from another LRJ series (which i’m going to pick up soon i think). Kane Mendez is a man that many fear, no one knows how to read, but that Savage trusts. It’s his assistance that helps in more ways than you can imagine.
So a roller coaster for sure, a story that gives you hope, takes it away and then gives you a new path to go down. We get to see the introduction of so many guys in the Walker family that i feel it’s our amazing authors way of keeping this series alive (for which i’m very thankful) and i can’t wait to get more. We also get the sexy intense passion and heat that we always come to expect from Ms Jones when we read her stories, and what Savage and Candace share is something that’s for the record books. It shows you that there’s so much that can come between a couple, but if you stay true to the heart of what you believe and know, that there’s a chance to make it. So, on that note, you have to read this story to see how it really evolves since it’s insane

Wow. What surprises throughout the final book in the Savage Trilogy. So many that I know I won’t, remember them all unless I read it 3 or 4 more times (which I probably will). I. Loved. It. No other way to put it.
I can’t believe that it’s over and, even though I shed a tear in the end, I went to bed with a smile on myself not believing that she brought so many characters that I fell in love with from past books into the story. From the men of Walker Security to Lilah Love and Kane Mendez … I was thrilled. And, amazed. Amazed that she was able to bring so many beloved characters together to help this wonderful couple get to their happily ever after. Exciting is another word I would use to describe the whole trilogy. From beginning to end, it was exciting. How would Candace react seeing Savage again? How would Savage handle her being involved with his life as it is now? How will it all end? I was excited and thrilled to turn each page in this trilogy because I didn’t know where we were headed and what was around the next corner. I didn’t expect the people she brought into the story, new and old, and how much they would play a part in bringing this to a close.
Brilliantly written with a fast moving story line and characters that know when to be serious and when to make you laugh, Lisa Renee Jones honestly give us a trilogy that you will want to read again and again. It didn’t hurt that Savage was sexy as hell, that the commentary between all the characters was electric and that the story was so exhilarating. I will say it one more time … I. Loved. It.

I loved Savage last & final book in this Trilogy. Finally Rick Savage has gotten back the love of his life, he has protected Candace from his enemies and now must eliminate all that has threaten their way of life. The Mercenaries boss Tag & Wes, Gabrielle the dirty politician/fiancee n now The Society, are all coming after Savage & Candace. However Savage's new family/brothers Walker Security, Blake Walker will not allow them to go through it alone. Adam who was the first to follow Savage to San Antonio, Asher the tech guru, Smith & Adrian are all there in San Antonio the entire time Savage is there to lend all their support. All the twist and turns donuts & pizza meetings
What you love is how Lisa Renee Jones brought in others from different series Eric & Grayson Bennett with the money to distract Gabrielle the slim ball fiancee. Lilah Love & Kane Mendez to help with The Society were all nice & welcome surprise to add in this finale read about so this book because Savage helped them in their worlds also, which shows what a big brute/heart Savage has and how much he affective others at their time of need. Savage needed all that to find himself to be the man that Candace would be proud to call hers.

Savage Love picks up right where Savage Burn left off, and the pace is intense right from page 1. Savage and co. are more determined than ever to tie up all the loose ends and take care of the forces hunting Candace and those she loves. Savage is at his alpha beast best here, but he's softened up (in some ways) by the love he and Candace share now. Savage is fiercely protective of Candace and the future he sees in her eyes, so watch the hell out to all those intent on hurting his woman!! If they can make it through this journey, past all the obstacles in their way, they can grasp that second chance they've been given.
I think the Savage Trilogy is my favorite couple yet of Lisa's. Savage is so freaking alpha but he's been brought to his knees by the only woman he's ever loved. I love how much he fights for her and the future he wants with her, and I love how much Candace grows in this last installment. This whole trilogy is non-stop action, deepening emotional connection, and serious, seriously hot chemistry. I know this is the last part of their story, but a followup at some point would be really nice *hint hint*.

What an incredible ending for this trilogy! The Queen of Romantic Suspense brings angst and twists at every turn. Savage and Candace are perfect! If you had not fallen head over heals in love with Savage prior to this trilogy, there is no escaping it now. Rick Savage is all alpha, protective, loyal, funny, sweet, swoony, fierce, and deadly if needed. And Candice is the most incredible person for him. Their connection is soul deep and the chemistry is beyond hot!!! The bad guys are really bad and it takes the help of the unbelievably hot, smart, fun & loyal Walker Security Team and the fun twist of Lilah Love and Kane Mendez to help Savage and Candice. You will love the intensity and character interactions. This will easily be your next 1 click!!!

I have been on pins and needles waiting for Candace and Savage's story to conclude and as per this author's style she never disappoints!! I love, love, love how their story wraps up. Savage and Candace prove that love and trust can overcome everything. And I love all the appearances from other books. This author has a way of writing that pulls you in and makes you glued to the pages until the very end and even though everything is nice and wrapped up in a bow you will absolutely want more. I can't wait to see what comes next with this author.

Wow! The conclusion to this series was filled with so much action and drama! More so than I was expecting and I loved every moment of it.
This picks right up where the previous book ends and it starts with a burst of action as well as emotion. Savage is really put through his paces in this book as he struggles to solve the issues that are threatening his and Candace’s future.
Filled with so many twists and turns this kept me on my toes. The relationship between Savage and Candace solidifies as they learn to trust and rely on each other. With visits from so many characters we’ve met before, I felt like I was watching a Hollywood red carpet as all my favorites were called in to play. If ever there was a LJR character that deserved all the support, it was Savage as he has been there for everyone at some point and time.
While I’m disappointed to see this one end, I’m hoping we’ll still see Savage in the future. Personally, I’d love to see him as a father of a little girl...especially when that little girl is a tad older. I can’t help but wonder how he’d react to life’s challenges for his baby girl in the sandbox.

This is a great 2nd chance romantic suspense read with wonderful cast of characters, including the cameos visits from other great characters from other books (yay). Savage Love by Lisa Renee Jones is book Three in the Savage Trilogy Series. This continues the story of Candace Marks and Rick Savage, so you really need to have read 'Savage Hunger' and 'Savage Burn' first before starting this book. This book does conclude their story and should be a series to miss. It takes you on a roller coaster of a ride. Some of the scene being really steamy but always a page turner wondering what will happen next. Savage and Candace are back together but Savage wants to take care of those that kept them apart. Exciting read and can't wait to read more from this author. Loved this Trilogy!

YES, YES, YES!!!! This is how to wrap up a trilogy! All those cliffhangers leads us to a happy ending and Rick Savage and Candace needed that happy. Add in an assist from Kane Mendez and Lilah Love and the Walker clan and they are Aces. Do you think I'm going to tell you how that happened? No way, you have to read this one...from book one...you will not be disappointed. Savage needed his happy and he has found it with Candy. I give this one a high recommendation and will be grabbing it in audio when I get a chance.

Wow wow wow what a conclusion!!! Savage and Candace finally get their HEA but it wasn’t easy. The secrets that were revealed and the web of everything grabs you until the very ending. It also shows how strong and dynamic Savage and Candace are; she’s much a baddie like he is. What surprised me and I enjoyed was one of Savage close friends, a dynamic duo from another story who I also love. The events that happened had me like yikes how are they going to get out of this and omg what will happen next. But Savage always found a way and he also had friends that had his back.

And with a bang, this series is over and holy smoke what a ride it was. I was utterly blown away at the depth that Jones went with this story. The connection between Savage and Candace is bar none. It is seamless. It is breathtaking. It was all consuming. I loved the whole concept of this storyline and its conclusion. It is very much one of those series that will wrap you up and swallow you whole.
Overall, I was spellbound by this series. The author creates a unique tale with this and gives is such in depth and brilliant moments and twists and turns and honestly you cannot put it down. If you haven’t read this series yet, now is the time to binge!

Meh...certainly not the best LRJ series. I thought I would love Savage's book. But it was just ok. I get why she moved on...but not sure I agree with whom. Don't like hearing about him fucking away his pain...but sigh...at least she was getting some too!

5 SAVAGE LOVE STARS!! Wow, perfect way to end this trilogy. Savage and Candace story continues with lots of drama, action packed and sexiness. This author always gives us fabulous rides through her stories. If you haven't started this trilogy, you can binge it now....it is so good.

This man is as irreverent as ever in this final chapter in the Savage trilogy, a dark suspense romance. A force to be reckoned with, all brutal swagger and crazy comebacks and a fierce devotion to the woman he loves. His wit cracks me up, too.
Together, Savage and Candace ignite a fire of love and need, and they are fighting really hard for their lives and for their happiness. The author weaves so much intensity in the intimate scenes without forgetting the emotional meaning. It's a delight to read them and always a necessity in the characters' bonding.
The final stages in the planning and plotting against their crafty enemies are in motion, with many details and strategy being taken into account by the Walker Security team. The pace is taut with tension and shaking with twists and action and unexpected dangers. I loved a few turns that I didn’t see coming.
Even though the couple is in constant fret over their ticking-bomb situation, they show courage every step of the way. Their minds are an interesting place to dwell while they vow to protect each other and they face so many enemies conspiring to kill them. It's fantastic entertainment as they share crisp dialogues, and dynamic meetings with a team of amazing men.
I loved the accutely romantic promises Candace and Savage make as well as the well-rounded end and epilogue. I enjoyed the dark humour, the swift action and the menacing atmosphere. It's a satisfying closure.
I find that the character of Kane Mendez is an exciting addition,too. His presence provides a jolt of energy to the narrative. I think he truly deserves his own story. Those dark characters with a noble, sexy streak are pure temptation, aren’t they? Oh, wait, he stars in Lilah Love's series. And that's four books! (Adding those to my to-read list)

Ahhhh Savage. You’ve made my heart melt in preceding stories and now that yours comes to a close, I’m so glad you found your porn star wife! 😂
Savage’s story is one I’ve been waiting for and have looked for each new book in the trilogy. And as the book drew to a close I found myself re-reading the chapters so I didn’t miss a thing. I mean it’s Savage!!
This story is equal parts suspense and love story. I love a good love story but this is a second chance at love for Candace and Savage. There is no walking away. There is only being together. She’s a strong-willed woman and a good match for our Savage. She pushes back and demands to know what going on and be part of it. She’s not going to be hidden from it nor is she letting him walk away again. But just when you have it figured out, you don’t. And even at the end, I was left feeling like this isn’t over. Candace and Rick will get their HEA but there is so much more to the story running alongside their love story.
Savage Love brings us the Walkers and Kane Mendez and Lilah “*ucking” Love. It references Chris Merit. And it brings squarely into the plot, The Society and Pocher. This is why it’s not done. Because Lilah isn’t done. Nor is Kane Mendez. The interconnecting stories are perfect, so you never fully have to let go of characters you love just because their love story came to a conclusion. Their lives are integral for others in so many ways.
As I sit remembering this Savage book, the Savage series, I can tell you it’s one of my favorites by Lisa Renee Jones. But if I hadn’t met Savage in so many preceding stories, he wouldn’t be such a great character. As much as they are stand alone trilogies/books, getting to know them and endearing them to you is a process. Quarantine is just the time to get to know these characters. Where to start? Hmmmm. Maybe a little Chris Merit? Maybe with the first of the Walker brothers? So much fun!!

I was pulled right into this story. This is a 3-part story so be prepared to get all three parts. The story has laughs, pain, secrets, and naughty fun.
Part one was the start of Candace and Savage’s story. Savage has feelings for Candace but thinks he does not deserve her. But when she needs him, he knows he must step up. But will it be enough? Will he be able to help her, or will he hurt her in the process?
This is more of Candace and Savage’s story. He loves her but his enemies will stop at nothing to keep them apart. Can he save her, or will he lose her forever? She’s a target because of him but will he be able to protect the one he wants?
This is the conclusion of this story. Questions will be answered but are they answers you expected? Will these two be able to have a forever? Will they take down all the threats? Will revenge be had? Will it be what was expected? After all they messed with his woman and he has no problem taking them all down.
You should understand that this is a three-part book and you will need all three parts. The first two will end in cliffhangers and leave you with more questions than answers. You will need to get all three books to get the answers you will need. I loved these characters and the side characters. I felt I could connect with the characters and the story was a great read.

You will need to get all three books to get the answers you will need. I loved these characters and the side characters. I felt I could connect with the characters and the story was a great read.
I highly recommend this book and can’t wait for the next story from this author.

SAVAGE LOVE is the third book in the Savage Trilogy. This series must be read in the order of release. Rick and Candace’s love story is a second chance, suspense romance with plenty of intrigue, laughter, and food. If you are here, you should have already read the first two books and you know you want to read the third book – the finale to Rick and Candy’s reunion.
For Lisa Renee Jones fans there are plenty of Easter Eggs from other series to keep you smiling. For the junk-foodies, there are plenty of donuts, pizza, burgers, tacos, and Chik-fil-A; yes, I’m hungry now!
The story is non-stop suspense and plenty of hot romance. I suggest putting up the do-not-disturb sign and letting your SO take care of the rug rats for the night. Mommy will get some down time and Daddy will be rewarded later (wink, wink).
Candy is perfect for Savage and she is just who he needs. I’ve loved Savage for a long time and this trilogy was exactly the story that was meant for him. They are peanut butter and jelly.
