Everything I expected: learn your colors from unicorns. The title gives it all away.

Rather than say that the orange unicorn 'does' something kind, it is written, 'kind orange unicorn gives someone a ride." This makes me wonder if all the other unicorns in the book are little assholes.

Most youngsters find it hard to resist unicorns, making them a great focus for a book introducing colors. In this sturdy board book, unicorns that are red, green, and even blue frolic across the pages. The background for each page matches the color of the unicorn. Since there are seven colors and seven unicorns gathered together on the last page, young readers will grow in confidence in their ability to identify each one. The book also has cut-outs on each page that feature a rainbow with the top color being the same color as the unicorn. This one would be a good choice for a youngster who is just learning about the wonderful world of colors that surrounds him/her.
