Finally, a diet for wimpy people! While I normally hate dieting books, this one had nice lists of what will make you skinny and what will blow you up, complete with bold text of DO EAT and NO NO, BAD BAD. Highly enjoying this book.

Common sense, healthy eating plan, whether you want to lose some weight or just maintain. And it's super-convenient, since you can find all of the foods listed at your local grocery store!
