Wow, this book was so insightful and quickly informed me of everything I need to know about Egg Freezing. I love the balanced take on the subject area, the honesty and the fact that its written by 2 ladies who have been there and done it. Would definitely recommend this book for all women who would like to understand more about their fertility.

A wealth of knowledge for anyone even on the fence about egg freezing! Gives some insights into how to prepare and what the procedure actually entails. It has a list of expert input from real doctors. Gave me some tips to start preparing for this journey if I choose to move forward with it in the future.

Ladies! If you are planning on freezing your eggs, this book will answer all your questions. One thing about this book that I loved is that it covers just about everything that involves freezing eggs. From the science behind it, what to eat, what vitamins to take, what to expect day by day, explains medications and most importantly it gives you statistics on real research results.
You'll also find sections that do not apply to your own individual case, which is ok to skip when it doesn't resonate with your particular case.
Since I am currently undergoing the procedure, I read this book in couple of days. Easy read and very informative.
