Enlightening read
UPLVL Communication changed my perspective on my relationships with others. It helped me see a broken down system on how to communicate with people and actually get to the root of why I may be reacting when I could express myself in a healthier way. This book was recommended to me from my therapist and I would highly encourage you to read it.

This book was EXCELLENT! The tools given to utilize this system really work when practiced consistently within any and all relationships.

Necessary for humanity
Kenya and Carl are magnificent metaphysical magicians.
They walk their talk and they have an ability to bring these tools down into the realm of usability and functionality for the rest of us.
I wish more people knew about their genius.
