This cook book is a great companion to reconfiguring your approach to cooking by batch cooking. I loved that many of the main meals are vegetarian and have introduced some fab new flavours into our meals such as tamarind and sweet miso. Highly recommend! Using this book as a guide to start more batch cooking has really been of service.
