Kevin Barry is an Irish writer. He is the author of two collections of short stories, and the novel City of Bohane, which was the winner of the 2013 International IMPAC Dublin Literary Award.
Falls into the QI category. A quite interesting anthology of mixed content. Some of the shorter pieces were very compelling but much of the content left me cold. It's a beautiful production and the quality of the volume compensates for some of the weaker contributions.
