This was a convoluted tale of a tiny skeleton found in the attic of a cottage and the story of the women related to the dead baby. The women involved were all having sex with each other's men, the youngest of them trying to keep the secret of how the skeleton got there. In the end, all was revealed, not necessarily to everyone's satisfaction.
When Pam find a Skelton in an attic it leads to another mystery
When Pam finds a Skelton in an attic it leads to another mystery who did the baby belong to was it her husband or sons child you need to read this book to find out
Another excellent read - this author is brilliant. Pam of Babylon is a brilliant series of books. Very well written. I cannot wait to read the next instalment.
I don't know what possessed me to pick this book except that it came with great reviews. However, this is not the way to start reading a series of Pam-related novels. I'm not sure I would have liked the first book either. So much incest, swapping marriages in a small town. From what I could tell, everyone was related in some way to everyone else. And, spoiler alert... There is no ending.
I have read every book in this series and have enjoyed them all, but this one was especially good. Pam and her family continually amaze me. Just when you think there is nothing else in the past that can come back to haunt the Smith family, an unexpected find in an attic brings turmoil once again. Suzanne, please keep the stories of Sea View coming.
The Smith family and “friends” are back and more screwed up than ever. More intermingling relationships. The discovery in Laura’s attic leads to a couple of new characters. New, horrific secrets come out that lead the reader down a surprising road. The ending could be a cliffhanger, but it could also be construed as a wrap-up to that storyline. Personally, I hope it is a wrap-up and the author will start book #22 with a new storyline. Definitely recommend.
Another win for the Pam of Babylon series. Ginger emerges from the past, and a new man comes into Pam's life. More drama come into play with further insight in the lives of Jack and Brent. We will look a some of the regular characters in a new light. I cannot wait for the next installment to weave more intrigue into the continuing saga.
I have read every book in this series and have loved them all! Even with the subject matter. I love dark. Perhaps I was too hasty with my rating and I can't elaborate(spoiler alert)! Where the author took one of my favorite characters shocked and devastated me! Why?????? Sob!!! I'm sure I'll think about it and change my rating later. It was a great fast paced book other than that.
I loved the way this storyline worked. It was a change of pace from many of the other Pam of Babylon. This was a mystery. The writer kept me guessing until the end. The storyline was well thought out. If you loved Pam stories and mysteries, this is the book for you.
Wow! How sad! I'd like to say why but that would spoil the book for others. Suffice it to say that Suzanne wrote another excellent book. Pam's life continues to be repercussion after repercussion of Jack's life.
Just when you think Pam's life can't get crazier...it does! More romance, more heartbreaks. In the never-ending drama of Babylon, this book is a page turner that will keep you up all night. The conclusion will simply shock you.
