I ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT!!! One of the best books of ms. Rylan’s I have read well deserves more than 5stars! The saga involving cage and Sutton continues..... bear finds his high school sweetheart and in the end she turns into one hell of a bad a$$! Margot is absolutely a perfect match for bear and his protective ways! A perfect example of why savannah rylan is one of my favorite go to authors! She is one I will immediately read!

They were high school friends and lovers. They both went to college, she went to become a professional,and he went on to become a mechanical specialist. He joined the MC, she joined the hospital.
They meet again when she is required to help put him back together again. When he realizes its his true love he refuses to let her go again.
She’s afraid of the MC, he’s afraid of losing her.
They finally come together, and she see’s what the MC means to him as his family and now they claim her as family.
They fight , they love, they finally figure out that they are stronger together then when they are apart and happier.
A really great story to continue the series.

Great drama

Just like book 1 "Bear" is gripping and has plenty of action. When Bear and Margot cross paths again after many years their bond is just as strong as it used to be. When Piper calls Margot to help her care for Bear's shotgun wounds, Margot is not aware of that it is Bear, her long lost love. She is trying hard to keep her feelings for him in check but miserably fails. They never stopped loving each other and Margot is willing to stay by his side, even when it means to pick up a gun. Danger still lingers and they all have to bond together to fight evil.
Savannah Rylan is one great author that will keep you engaged in every story. This series is incredible and gets you hooked right away. I highly recommend it.

Good read but a lot of grammar errors

I like the storyline and the little moments that came of funny even in a serious situation. But the grammar errors were all over! Needs better editors.

This story just keeps getting better! The women in this series don't cower and they do whatever it takes to keep their family safe! Bear and Margot are a wonderful addition and balance each other out perfectly after they get past their high school life together... and it doesn't hurt to have another doctor in this family!

This is the 2nd story in the Dead Souls MC and we get to read about Bear and Margot. These two were high school sweethearts that fell in love and right before graduation take different journeys as Bear walks away. Margot stays her course goes to Stanford gets her medical degree and returns to her hometown hospital for her residency meeting Piper who she reports to. Bear becomes a mechanic and has a shop along with joining the MC and they become his family. Bear is beaten and shot by the Mafia who are out to get Sutton back and Margot is asked by Piper to come help her only to see Bear on a table needing blood and help to stay alive. Piper did not know that these two have a history. Bear knows Margot is there and once he wakes up Bear makes sure that Margot stays. Bear sees what this war between the MC and Mafia is doing to Margot so he pushes Margot away to protect her. Margot is lost after Bear pushes her away and sleep walks through her nights and days. Once the danger arrives on her door step does Bear take Margot for protection and claims Margot as his! When the fight comes to the MC does Margot fight alongside them and becomes a woman Bear is proud of. Once the fallout from the fight is in front of the MC do they know another fight must occur to make things right with their family! I can not wait until the next story is out, I’m anxiously waiting to see how Margot, Bear, Piper, Rock, Diesel, Brewer, Knox, Toxin, Brynn, Monroe, Grave, Saint, Kimber, Cage and his woman Sutton deal with the evilness of the Mafia and their leader, Lars. This is the 2nd book in the series. You don't need to read the books in order, but, having a background knowledge is good to have. In BEAR, Ms. Rylan continues the saga of the DEAD SOULS MC and gives readers the possible second chance at love for Margot and her high school sweetheart, Bear.

Margot & Bear were once high school sweethearts. They broke up shortly before graduation. And they went their separate ways. Margot instantly knows it's Bear she working on - to help stop the bleeding and do surgery on him. Once Bear wakes up he knows it Margot who is next to him. Even though it's been years since they have seen each other they still have feelings for each other after all this time.

Margot is working in the local hospital doing her first year in her medical residency program. She is one of the top residence easily beating out her co-workers.

Bear has belong to the MC group since after high school. He loves the traveling and the adventure the club brings to him.

Will Margot be able to embrace Bear and his MC? Will her head try to make her go back to the 'good' side and leave Bear?

Piper needs help keeping him alive and contacts Margot a doctor at the hospital they both work at seeking her help, little does she know that Margot and Bear are high school sweethearts. The chemistry and passion between these two was explosive and full of passion when they are both reunited. Now Margot is thrown into this world of danger, murder and violence that surrounds them both as they try to overcome the past hurts and start over again, can they get a second chance at love? Can Bear keep Margot safe and will she embrace his lifestyle as she becomes involved into this never ending war between the mafia and Lars who they thought they killed. Now the Dead Souls MC are in for the fight of their lives once again when the club is attacked. Margot proves that she is strong and will fight along with Bear and the Dead Souls MC to keep the people they love protected. Now Sutton is put in danger by Lars and the club has to pull together and put an end to this war and Lars. Who will survive this latest threat? You will be on edge from beginning to end as we have to wait to find out how all of this is going to play out. i read this book as part of an arc program. This is the second book in the Dead Souls MC: Prospects series. In this book, we pick up with Bear bleeding and near death when Sutton finds him and calls for help. Bear was attacked by the Mafia the MC was fighting, that was led by Sutton's father, Lars, who Cage had shot and killed. When a note was found on Bear, it implied that Lars was not dead and he was coming for the MC. Piper called a resident from the hospital to help her save Bear, and it was Margo, Bear's high school sweetheart who he hasn't seen in eight years. When Margo got over her shock of seeing Bear, she wanted to know what happened and what they were mixed up in. Bear still loved Margo, but he also wanted to keep her away from the upcoming war with the MC. When Bear learns Margo is in danger, he vows to protect her and brings her to the safe house with everyone else. This was a book i couldn't put down. There was action and a lot of heat between Bear and Margo. They had unfinished business from when they broke up and both still had feelings for the other. I liked Bear and thought he was a gentle giant who would do anything to protect Margo. Margo surprised me and was a lot stronger than she thought she was. I think she really came to care for everyone in the MC quickly and wanted to protect them also. This book does end on a cliff hanger and i will be counting the minutes until the next one is out. Great one.

This 2nd installment picks up after Cage...and hold onto your seats!!!

Bear is another prospect that was in the wrong place at the wrong time, but as he is getting put back together, he hears a voice he hasn't heard in years and wants to do anything he can to hear that voice over and over again. But can she really be here? I kept my promise to her, but she may not be ready for a man like me...yet!!!

Margot is a rising intern, but when Piper calls her to do something for her and not ask any questions, she does so. But when she realizes who is in trouble, she has more urgency to get the job done. But after he is healed, why does she still feel the chemistry between them? Can Bear really be here? Has he changed? Will he protect her?

This is a wonderful story of high school sweethearts reunited at the worst time for the MC, but the best time to reconnect for Bear and Margot. Can they get past the hurt and everything in the past? Margot proves her love and devotion to Bear and the MC, but when Sutton is put back in danger, will the MC be able to save her again? What will it take to kill Lars or their enemy? This is such a great story and you won't be able to put it down. I can't wait for the next installment to see what happens!!! I received an ARC of this book from the author.

I chose this rating because this was a really great book. I enjoyed all the characters, well most of them. The author did an amazing job with the book. This book is about finding you lost love and protecting them. Great read. I recommend this book to all romance and MC lovers.

A Fast Pace, Hard Hitting, Tender Hart MC Romance
Yummy for TeddyBear! As Margot calls Bear, the Prospect from the Dead Souls MC. This is Book Two of the four book Prospect Series and it digs right into the Club but from the Prospect view, which usually is a view not given any attention. Instead the author is showcasing this group of men.
Bear was shit up pretty bad in book one and he is being attended to by Piper, a doctor and girlfriend of member, and Margot, currently a medical resident and his ex-high school girlfriend. She is pulled in by Piper, the person who signed off on her residency hours but didn’t know about the Bear connection.
As he heals the Lars and his Goons (Mafia?) continues to trail and recon the club. They now track Margot. Bear pulls her in to their safe building but they are ambushed. My question is...Is there a snitch? Now we are left hanging with another kidnapping and another series gun shot victim but Lars is still out there. Will they ever catch him?
I wholeheartedly recommend this book, and the series for your reading enjoyment and nail biting. Peace. I received this ARC so am leaving this honest review for your consideration.

I have loved all of the various MC series that Savannah has written but I think The Dead Souls Prospects are my favourites so far and this was a great addition to that series

Margot and Bear where schoolyard sweethearts but as they neared the end of school they went there separate ways Bear was the one to walk away while Margot went on to Stanford to train as a doctor Now she has returned and is doing her residency in her home town. When Bear is badly beaten by Lars and his mafia connections he will need a lot of medical care to heal and Piper who Margot answers to at the hospital calls her asking for help. Imagine Margot's thoughts when she sees the only person she has ever loved bleeding out on the table. The connection between them is still strong and they act on their attraction until Bear realises the danger this is putting her in and he tries to walk away but it is to late and now he will have to fight to keep her safe With the ultimate battle fought for the clubs safety will they now have a better easier life or is that too much to hope for for this embattled crew. I'm sure there will be more drama in the nest exciting chapter of this series

This is another fabulous book by Savannah Rylan! This novel picks up where Cage, Dead Souls Prospects Book 1 ends. It seems that the mafia kingpin survived and is coming after the MC crew.
This book is about Bear, a member of the Dead Souls MC crew and Margot, his old high school flame. When Margot receives a call from another physician to bring urgently needed supplies to her home, she walks into a surgery by her physician friend who is desperately digging bullets from Bear. Although Bear and Margot haven't seen each other in years, the feelings catapult them into facing the past to maybe have a future.
This author writes an amazing plot that thrusts you onto a runaway train and the only thing to do hang on! There is a cliffhanger so be aware that her next book will continue the storyline. I highly recommend that you read these books (including the original Dead Souls books) in order. There are a lot of characters and knowing their individual stories enhances the reading experience.

Another great MC read by Savannah Rylan. This is a second chance romance between Bear and Margot who were high school sweethearts until life took them in different directions. They're brought back together when he's been worked over pretty bad by the mafia and is in need of being patched up. The author does a fantastic job developing the story and pulling you in with all the intrigue,action,suspense and danger as well as the hot and steamy romance. The story is brought to life with the descriptive writing and vividly painted scenes and had me glued to the pages from start to finish and left with wanting more in the end. I will be waiting anxiously for the next book! I loved and highly recommend this book/series.

OMG. Savannah Rylan has done it again!!!! I actually couldn't put it down. Ms. Rylan has such a wonderful way of putting words together to pull you into the story and not let you go until the end.
Bear and Margot go way back, but when Bear left he broke her heart. He left with no explanation or reason and she just didn't understand. Bear is a member of the Dead Souls MC as a prospect. When he gets injured, Margot is the one to fix him up, only she doesn't know that it's Bear. She is shocked beyond words but tends to him.
When Bear left, Margot withdrew into her studies. When she finished college, she was a doctor. Moving to town, Margot thought she was happy, but a piece of her heart is still missing.
Will Margot and Bear be able to talk about the past and resolve it?
I LOVED it. This is my honest opinion.

Love these books

Savannah Rylan has to be in my top 3 authors of all time and once again she didn’t let me down. How she manages to put just the right amount of passion and danger into her books is incredible. Loved reading how Margot and Bear found themselves yrs. later after falling out as high school sweethearts after a miscommunication between them. Margot went off to study medicine at Stanford while Bear stayed behind. After Bear gets shot and Piper (Margot’s dr in charge of her residency) needs extra supplies to treat him she calls !argot at the hospital to get supplies and bring them to her to fix up Bear the 2 reacquaint themselves although not without trying to push each other away at 1st but love wins over till the Mafia try to take the Dead Souls out again.

A Great Read....

This second chance love story is the second installment in the Dead Souls MC: Prospects. While it can be read as a standalone it does start where the first ends. Margo and Bear were high school sweethearts who parted 8 years before, she to med school and he to become a mechanic and find family on the MC. When he is shot and stabbed her boss, Piper, asks her to come help and they are reunited. This book has all the elements I love, a second chance love story, action, great characters, suspense, drama, bad guys to evade and did I mention a great second chance romance? I can't wait for the next in the series. Recommend.

Love this book.
Bear is recuperating from his beating from the mafia and Piper, unknowingly, seeks the assistance of Bear's high school sweethearts, Margot.
At first Margot can't believe ir Bear but then all the feelings come back, for both of them.
Bear the overprotective alpha and Margot the bad a** resident are made for each other. As both prove their love for the other and their commitment to help their new family.
Lots of action in this one as the mafia comes back.
I love Sutton and Margot's connection.
Can't wait for the next book. October seems to far away. One of my favorite authors.

Wow! What a book. It has you hooked from start to finish. Just love Savannah Rylan's books. They all thought that Lars Norden was dead, but when Bear is shot up pretty bad, all fingers point to Lars being alive. Piper calls in her friend and medical resident at the hospital Margot to help save Bear's life. Little did they know that Margot and Bear were in love in the past. This is their story at 2nd chance love. Alot of action and suspense. An overall great read. Can wait for more. This is my review from the ARC copy sent to me.
