Absolutely amazing guidebook. This book all of the instruction really great it's very useful for me. This book saved my life. I've read every book, tried every diet...my problem goes beyond overeating, I'm truly a food addict. If you find yourself the same, this is the perfect book for you. I read this book overall great. I downloaded this book a few weeks ago. I wasn't ready for change because "I didn't have a problem." I started reading it today and finished it. Twelve hours and after reading this I have so much hope. Going to reread daily step by step. Thank you, truly.

In this book given very good guideline about eating. There is discussed which problem you can facing for overeating and how to maintain mindful eating. I am satisfied with this book. I suggest this book for everyone, because everybody need to know about best eating process tips and ideas..

Very good book with good strategies. Definitely worth reading. Reinforced my own belief that every individual has to experiment to find a food plan that works best for them.
