You would think that after 24 books, I'd be sick of this series but I am far from tired of it! I'm loving to get to know the backgrounds of all the other characters as everyone slowly gets mated. I also really didn't think I could love anyone more than I love Kian and Syssi but I.T. Lucas really proved me wrong. I can honestly say that Anandur and Wonder are one of my top favorite couples now, ESPECIALLY with the plot twist that was just uncovered towards the end of this book.
I can't wait to continue to read this series and see where the storyline takes us!

💔💓TALK ABOUT BEING LEFT HANGING💔💓
I have loved this whole series I honestly though Turner & Bridget's story or Callie & Brundar's story was hard to wait for but nope ANANDUR & WONDER'S story has been so AMAZING! I'm sitting on PINS & NEEDLES WAITING TO KNOW WHAT HAPPENS! Like does Annani see her & will Wonder get her memories back and laugh in Anandur's face that she is older than him, and what about Esag did he did die or is he out there like Wonder is? OMG October seems sooooo far away Mrs.Lucas.. But your books are worth the wait..

Loved it from start to finish. I was so hoping that Wonder was who i originally thought after reading the first installment of Anandur's story and i am happy to realize that i was right.
This has a lot of touching moments in it and Anandur and Wonder play the will they, won't they game of dating but it is done in such a sweet way that you are really rooting for them. I am glad that Carol features a lot in this book too as she is one of my favorite female characters of the series.
I'm happy that the missing doomer storyline got cleared up quickly as i had thought that might get dragged on. The situation with Nick is interesting and i think i have an inkling of how that will pan out, with his solution also helping to reveal who Wonder truly is.
Cant wait for the next book but 2 months away though ugh :(

This series is awesome! Another book I couldn’t put down and I’m counting the days until she releases the next book- the wrap up of Anandur and Wonder.

What a great series . Here we are at book # 21 and I can barely wait for book #22 . I've already pre-ordered it and marked the release date on my calendar. I'm looking forward to the reunion of Wonder and Annani, and of course the love story and union of her and Anandur who is one of my favorite characters. Thanks IT for another 5- star book

I had a hunch who Wonder really was, and I’m glad I was right. I can’t wait to see her reunite with Annani. I was hoping it would be in this book but I guess we’ll have to wait until the next one (hopefully). I love the plot twists and the constant new things happening.

Finally Anandur gets his chance
The chemistry between characters is unbelievable by the end I couldn’t wait for final connection which did not disappoint. I was not ready for book to end. Can’t wait for the next book to finally see end results of relationships Ruth and nick and Anandur and wonder. (Aka gulan) I just can’t wait for Annani to see her long lost friend.

Great series
You are the absolute best i.t. Lucas. I cannot put your books down and they finish too quick. I think Carol is my favourite character. Cant wait to see how everyone including annani figure out outo Wonder actually is and what happened.. I love love love this series....

it drags but…
The main story, Anandur and Wonder, dragged out for ridiculous reasons. It’s the same as the others. Unnecessary monologue from the main characters, doubting themselves and the love interest. Its getting so redundant to have the characters have the same conundrum of not knowing/understanding/excepting the attraction or pull of what they feel for the new person. It’s not like they don’t have any examples or have heard about how it feels, knowing they’ve never felt that about another person in all their many years of life. 🙄🙄
Ruth and Nick’s story doesn’t even make any sense. At first it was like Ruth had to have sex with Nick before he could be turned, but that didn’t make sense for a male dormant since they only turn with a bite. Then after they passed that hurdle, months into the relationship, they switched it to being about his ability to be thralled, which also didn’t make sense considering Kian or Annani could thrall him if need be. They are making such a big deal about his transition that it’s ridiculous. Everyone else just had to have a reason to be loyal and not betray their secret, shouldn’t his adopted family’s safety, Eva, Sharon and Tessa be enough? And add to that the fact that he loves Ruth? I don’t think he would want to betray them and would want to stay with them either way… ad with their affinity towards each other, it would be an extra boost towards loyalty.
Anyway, I wish they’d get it over with. I’m looking forward to finding out about Esag and why Wonder was in a coma. It’s shocking that Kian didn’t want to investigate Alexandria, Egypt as soon as he found out a lone immortal female was found there, especially considering that the only known ones are in his clan and possible others turned by Navuh’s son. Plot holes… I guess that would be a hole, or at least untapped potential to finding more of them. Plus, shouldn’t Annani be told? It’s like Kian is her only child. He doesn’t seem to share info with his Scotland counterpart, Sari. What does she do anyway?

INCREDIBLE!
I have to admit that this series has become somewhat of an obsession with me over the last couple of weeks: while I'm reading a few other authors on occasion, I.T. Lucas has become my go-to choice for what to read. I am methodically reading each novel in The Children of The Gods Paranormal Romance Series in order, and loving each it more every day. The storyline is incredible, world building indescribable, with plots that twist from Book to book. I love how the couples' romances usually span three books, and most are intertwined within each other's books.
In this latest installment, we find Wonder who became very important to Anandur in the book. They work to resolve their issues and solidify a possible relationship. Nick and Ruth, on the other hand, are trying to see if they compatible enough for a relationship. Without giving away any spoilers, time will tell....

Remembering.
We have two acts of remembrance in this book that are important. Firstly Wonder remembers Esag which pretty much confirms that she is Gulan, Annani’s maid. How she came to be in suspended animation for about 5 thousand years is yet to be explained. In fact nobody realises who she really is yet.
Secondly, Ruth has realised that Nick is her mate despite the age difference. The problem is that they need to know if he can be thralled before telling him about the immortals. If he is a dormant they can explain everything about the clan and his genetic makeup. If it turns out that he isn’t a dormant then they need to be able to thrall him to make him forget. With this in mind Jackson attempts the thrall.
If you haven’t read the series from the beginning, none of this will make sense to you so I suggest that that’s what you do! Happy reading!

Echo’s of love 288 pgs ***.* 7/12/21 Anandur & Wonder
3.5 stars. Lots of filler, again, I just can’t get into the Ruth and Nick story so I skipped over those parts. I love Wonder and Anandur though and I am so curious about her previous life. She just seems to be closer to a Goddess than a regular immortal female. I wonder if it will be Annani that brings her memories back? I also see an eventual war with the Doomers but having more Guardians around will hopefully help them survive a war if it does happen. I think if there was a way to combine the 2 different clans, that would help with having more children since the 2 clans are not related. I look forward to more of Wonder and Anandur. I also hope someone will be able to start doing research that Syssi was wanting done on female immortals fertility.

As for the story...It's about time!
I'm SO glad Anandur is getting his love story! And it feels like the books are getting exciting again. With Wonder's first memory resurfacing, we know for sure who she is (you need to go back and read the prequel books if you haven't already... Goddess's Choice and Goddess's Hope)...but how will she and Anandur find that out?
Again, the Nick and Ruth story doesn't seem to fit. That's one that I'd like to have resolved so I don't have to read it any more.
Anandur and Wonder are getting closer to each other...I can't wait to get to the next book!

Fabulous series, rather tame entry
I love The Children of the Gods series and always look forward to the next entry. The main male character in this one is one of my very favorites; however, this particular story, though sweet, is probably the least interesting so far. Good things happen, but there is very little conflict (despite a raid on the enemy) and a dearth of hot romantic scenes. However, I hope we are in for a very sexy, heartwarming, and action filled 3rd book in the tale about Anandur and "Wonder."

LUCAS IS AN AMAZING WRITER! Each book seems better than the last one. If you like romance ,mystery, or action adventure you will love this series.
Lucas keeps you turning the page and wishing there were more pages to turn. The author does a fantastic job of telling the main story but including at least 2 other side stories that are a continuation of a side story in another book or will be the main story in the next book. Then there is always some adventure that distracts the reader from the main story line.

I love Anandur and he deserves to be happy. Wonder and he should be a great couple.
Wonder has a memory resurface at the wrong moment. But that also got Anandur to step up and admit his feelings.
Ruth and Nick are cute. Hopefully Nick is a Dormant and will go through Transition.
I hope Wonder gets her memories back so she can move forward with her life and become a mated couple with Anandur.

I cannot wait to get my hands (and eyes) on each and every new book that comes out. I especially love that there is always more than one story going on really giving you that sense of community. This is an ongoing series that I will NEVER want to stop reading. Isabell Lucas is an outstanding writer that makes you love each of her characters. Her story line is unique, thrilling and definitely addictive. She’s my #1 author and I hope she keeps this amazing story going forever. If you love immortals and love stories... you have to start reading the Children of the Gods series. I PROMISE you will not be disappointed and will be left begging for more.

Cooper Rush
Well as I was reading Anandor and Wonder's book, which by the way I think this is my favorite book. I have read all of them too. Well back to my story lol. I tend to try and picture the characters and I was watching the cowboys play I saw cooper rush and right there was Anandor . I have not found Brundar yet. I love this series and they come out pretty quickly best of all. I can't wait to see what happens next in the great love story .

So good
Love this second story, but man what an ending. I had to read it twice and both times felt like I just had my favorite chocolate cake taken away. Man the author sure knows how to leave you hanging. I can hardly wait to have the third story for Anadur and Wonder arrive on my tablet.
I am sure it will be a doozy since so many mysteries of Wonders history have yet to be unveiled.

Another great story!
I have loved the stories, the characters, and even the book covers. It's a series that peaks the interest without getting dull. There are just so many intriguing characters and plots that I have just dove into one book after another. I'm 21 books in and still highly motivated to get to the next because the stories are fascinating. Read book one and you may find yourself binge reading too.

budding romance?
I have loved this series from the beginning. The characters seem to be taking on a more ‘mortal’ lifestyle w/ more characters being introduced. For my personal taste, it seems the base of the story (within each book since the introduction of Wonder)has been strung out to draw you to the next book just for the sake of having a ‘next’ book.

Anandur and Wonder
Anandur and Wonder are a great couple; but Wonder can’t remember her past. Slowly memories are coming to her and Anandur wants to help. Also Ruth and Nick are getting serious but Ruth is immortal. I can’t wait to read the finale of Anandur and Wonder’s story in the next book Dark Survivor Reunited!

Can't get enough ,fast enough !
I've listened to this series of books from the beginning in audio books ,and sent my review at the end of each one . Now since there have been a few mishaps with the next in the series on the audio books site I am reading them . Just want to say ,either way ,these books are Panty melting great love stories . Who knew?
My normal taste in guys is usually dark hair and blue eyes, but u know a writer is awesome at what they do if they can convince the reader this is a drop dead gorgeous redhead. I've definitely enjoyed Anandur and Wonder's story. Some OMG moments that kept me in suspense. I look forward to the next part!

Can't get enough of this series. I.T. Lucas has the best imagination. Her stories are so different yet the same. I love that all her characters are so different yet the same. Like the rest of her books, the Anandur and Wonder story is keeping me up past my bedtime. I can't wait to read the next.

We are 21 books into this series and honestly I think they keep getting better. I anxiously await the next and Wonder's reveal, or what I hope is the big reveal! 🙄 All off that being said, I really wish Dalhu and Robert were being utilized more! Please, bring them back!
