Keep them coming!
Loved how this installment of The Children of The Gods played out! I was on edge wondering what was the deal with Lokan in the dreams and have to admit I'm kind of attached to him so hoping he turns on his father and joins the clan like Dalhu and Robert! Maybe he'll find his true love mate to seal him in! Definitely awaiting his story in the next installment.
Highly recommend this series of you are into Urban Fantasy, immortals, dark conflicts, and sexy scenes.

This latest installment of the Children of the Gods books is full of suspense as Ella and her mother Vivian risk capture by a dark prince who covets the unique powers of the women for his own devious, greedy plots. Absolutely wonderful writing!
I was so apprehensive throughout the whole book worrying about Ella and Vivian !! With Lokan being a grandson of a god, and knowing how powerful he is, I knew that Ella was overestimating her power of influence on him ! But this story, as every other in this series, was written extremely well and had me reading it in one day ! I can't praise this series enough !! Excellent and we'll worth every minute of reading !!!

Loved it!
OMG I get that it is a series but it still leaves ya hanging at the end. I started the series after about 20 of the were already written. I didn’t realize how good this author is at answering some questions but still leaving so many more!!! Aaarrrrrgggghhhhhh I can’t wait for the next one!!!

Way to go Guardians and Turner
As usual I was unable to put this book down. Turner has proven his ability again. My only wish is that Merlin finds a way to help those who want children. Thank you for sharing your talent of writing.

Had to skip some bits
As usual, there was a lot of drawn out inner monologue that had to be skipped over due to repetitiousness with very little new thoughts or if there were, they were illogical and irrational, at least they were before I started skipping.
I hope they checked Lokan and his crew as well as the plane for trackers because I’m wondering what he wanted with Losham and if he actually had a mission in mind for the women. One thought was that he wanted to get his mom out of the harem and possibly free the other dormant women to start a new regime. He doesn’t seem to like the trafficking of women and neither did Losham, which was much different than “Sharim?”/Sebastian. Anyway, I wonder if Losham was privy to his plans and will be looking for his return or will assume his brother played him when he doesn’t make contact.
Then there’s the new information about the government program that held people with exceptional paranormal abilities and if it was true or not. If it is, that could be a bunch of Dormants. But he didn’t seem to realize that possibility with Ella and Vivian so he may not know about that. Looking forward to him finding out Ella transitioned.
Other than that, it was noting new or exciting about Ella and Julian joining for the first time. It’s like the love story portion is so drawn out in these books that’s it a repeat and less interesting and the exciting stuff is the other things happening between the clans. In the beginning the new couple and is exciting, but by the third book when they finally commit, it’s boring. The only thing drawn out longer is Magnus and Vivian’s relationship into transitioning, but hopefully it’s happening now.
Also, I love Parker!!

The suspense and anticipation kept me intrigued the whole time.
It was time to trap Lokan and Vivian and Ella were the bait.
I was on the edge of my seat when the mission was on and nothing turned out the way it was planned.
I am excited for Julian and Ella to be together.
Lokan is a Doomer - Son of Navuh - how can Ella trust him? Is he a good guy deep down? There seems to be a good guy hidden there when he speaks with Losham, but then again, he is a great manipulator. Hard to trust a Doomer.
Parker seems to feel left out. I hope we don't see issues with him in the future. He seems like a good kid but also head strong. Now that he has a compulsion ability, I hope he doesn't take advantage of it for the wrong reasons. He is too cute and I'm sure he feels alone with no one his age around. Must be hard on the kid.
Turner is all business and quick on his feet. It seems Kian may be feeling envious.
I look forward to the next installment in this series. I hope Vivian goes through the transition so she and Magnus can live happily ever after.
Overall, another great hit in this series.

Love is in the air!!
I devoured Dark Dream’s Trap. Turner is such a genius!! Absolutely loved the ending. Two more added to the immortal count - well soon they will be. Loved the whole college scene. Ella is so feisty and fierce. Absolutely adores Turner in his role at the airport!! Couldn’t put it down and couldn’t read it fast enough it was so exciting and fun! Of course harrowing there for a bit. Excellent excellent excellent!! When does Annanni finally get her husband Kiannan back? Or is that saved for the ending of the series?? Plus isn’t she supposed to have 3 more children? I can’t remember if the seerer said 7 or 8 children total. So glad Ella sees Magnus as her father now, it just helps make the family whole. Can’t wait to read about Ella’s and Vivian’s transformation!

Unrealistic and unbelievable
I've been enjoying the series so far but these last 3 books have been lackluster. It has been really hard to buy that Ella and Julian? are fated mates. I remember he felt attracted to her mom who have him her picture and the author seems to have suddenly forgotten that he showdown interesting the pic except that the girl was pretty. Suddenly genus madly in love! Also, I think the author is losing her grip on the series. I have gotten over the fact that she keeps telling us that these are all alpha makes but with the exception of Victor and Dalhu I don't see any evidence of these being great warriors. I keep reading on because 26 books on , I am invested in reading on about the characters. I pray to God that the stories get better. So far, my favorite has been Amanda and Dalhu. Hands down.

I love the new twist!
I love paranormal books they are always fun to read, well as long as it's a good author. I. T. Lucas is a great author. I the twist you put on vampires. I can't imagine anyone giving anything below 5 stares. But then I read alot and know how hard it is to find a new twist. Anne Rice let us fall in love with them sense then everyone sticks to that kind of vamp, so when "Children of the God's" put that twist on immoral I loved it!
I have found some of Richelle Mead "Vampire Academy" with the "dream walkers " I loved that part of the books too.
I have a few favorite authors I. T. Lucas is at the top along with Dean Koontz, Anne Rice, Richelle Mead. Keep up the great work. Thank you for many hours of fun reading!

Dark Dream's Trap
I actually started to like Lokan and part of me kind of wanted him and Ella to get together...but Julian is such a sweetheart, I wouldn't want him to be devastated. (I guess in addition to the broken ones, I like the bad ones, too.)
This book did get back to the excitement, though. Was Lokan going to fall into the hands of the Guardians? Or were they really falling right into his trap?
I can't believe I'm almost at the end of this series! I can't wait to see how things ended!

Dark Dream’s Trap KU 284 pgs ***.* Julian & Ella
3 stars. Saving grace was the rescue at the end of the book and meeting Lokan for real and not just in dreams. I just could not get into Julian and Ella’s story, it was just boring to me as is Magnum and Vivian’s. I am so looking forward to the next trilogy though, I think it is going to be exciting getting to know Lokan and Carol. It took 3 books for Julian and Ella just to have sex which was okay but nothing really that would get you hot and bothered. I didn’t even get any chemistry magnetism with these two.

I have really enjoyed this series...until these last 3 books, while I appreciate the furthering of the Doomers storyline, I truly disliked Ella's straight up juvenile bitch of a character. Over half of the storyline was useless drivel. Find another word for SMIRKING!! GET BACK TO KHIANN COMING BACK!! And if you must drag some more dormant's into the storytelling....then make it them interesting!!!

Another winner
I’m really impressed the author of this 27(?) book series has managed to keep the stories so interesting. My one big frustration though is all the grammatical errors. Very distracting because I’m one of those weirdos that has to correct them in my mind before I continue. Whatever happened to proofreading? Anyway. I will say say the sex scenes that are described are HOT.

I loved it. But I am a bit let down as though something is missing from the story. There was plenty of excitement and our couple got to where they were meant to be so am not sure what else I was expecting. It could be that with this being a serial that means not all the answers are given and I do enjoy knowing that I've worked out all the queries and put it all to rest. Still it's a great series so on to the next.

The 2nd & 3rd book installment of Ella's story in this series, fell flat after her character's 1st book. In the 2nd book, Ella began boring me to tears. Why did it take 3 installments to tell her story?I Only one book could have done it. Her mother, Vivian's story was more interesting and at best, readable. Even though I love this entire series so far. I just wanted to tear me hair out trying to read 5hhminimum. Omg! Still wondering what happened.

Ok . He'll of a ride !
I am so glad to see a sweet traumatised young woman get her happily ever after ! Just the right amount of tension,and crazy moments to keep you reading well past the time to close your eyes .L.T. Lucas gives it to you ,but then keeps you hanging on the edge waiting for her next book . Well worth it !

I have enjoyed this series and in the main these last 3 about Magnus, Vivien, Ella and Julian have been okay. I would however say that there have been parts that have dragged and I cannot help feeling this episode in the series could have been done in 2 books.
Having said all of the above do not doubt I will be reading the next book and hope that The Brotherhoods story continues to unfurl.

Absolutely horrible... Vivian and Ella two of the worst characters I’ve ever read. I think this series could of been finished with one book for each because there’s so much fluff and coffee. Yes I read this in a day because of all extra stuff that doesn’t add to the story or character growth... and having a teenager and a teen like mother to grow in these books is like watching a seed sprout

EXCITING!
Finally! Things come to a head for Ella and Logan/Lokan in the real world after their dreamworld encounters. Needless to say, Julian has been more than patient waiting for some resolution however, even his patience is wearing thin. Turner has his plans, and while good nothing is fool proof. Will they succeed in capturing Logan, and freeing Ella....

Fantastic all around!
These books have amazing romances, and they are set in today's world and time, so they resonate with me even more. I just love how well-rounded the characters are, with their history and current culture and their individual characteristics, as well as how they all interact.

Great conclusion to Ella and Julian’s story
The story was interesting, binding, and have all the required elements. This was one of the most thrilling story in this series. Looking forward for the next book!

Love this series
Ella, Ella, Ella.....I love this entire series. I can't wait until everyone is mated with children. I think Parker should remove the thrall off of Dalhu and Robert for the location of the island.

I couldn’t put the book down!

Finally!!
The Guardians finally got Lokan...yay! I didn't think that was going to happen in this book, yet it did. I can't believe that some of the younger characters are sexually active. Lokan was caught and now he pay for his stupidity.

Glad we can finish with the focus on this couple probably my least favourite since Bridget and Turner.
I am intrigued by the next coupling as Carol is one of my favourite characters so I can't wait to see how she ends up with her true love match.
