My parents bought this book for me as a small child when I was about to go to the hospital for a tonsillectomy. Although it did not completely eliminate my fear, it greatly helped me get through the experience and helped me understand what was going on. I'd highly recommend it for any child about to go through a similar experience.

I loved this book a lot! The story was nice - how people at the hospital made Grover and his friends not scared of the hospital. Too bad my parents gave this book away.

I like this book. Educational and normalizes the experience. Not that any hospital would do such a tour now (ok maybe a children's hospital would).
