A Twilight Abduction

Rate this book
Since day one, loving a vampire hasn't been easy. Life with Alex has been as much of a difficulty as it has been an adventure.

With the wedding and the birth of their daughter, Fiona dreams of living a peaceful family life with the love of her life. But when they are attacked and abducted one evening, everything changes.

Lilith, the vampire queen, is sick of hearing her "children" dreaming of becoming mortal. So she abducts Alex & Fiona's child for testing and dissection in order to discover a way to prevent other vampires from returning to their mortal state. Luckily, the baby has a few tricks up her own sleeve and paves the way for her parents to escape the clutches of Lilith. But, for how long?

Fiona escapes with her life, husband, and child to the home of her aunt. Here Fiona finds out more than she ever knew about her aunt, as well as the fact that she, has been destined to fight an impending battle that will determine the safety of her daughter, and the rest of the world.

The final book to this series. (unfortunately- I wanted more) This book in the series takes a wild turn with Fiona and her baby and her Aunt Belle. I would love to see another book that goes forward with Fiona's daughter and her growing up as a mixture of vampire/werewolf and witch. How interesting that would be. Great book!

I had NO idea this book could get worse. The only reason I finished these books was because they were short. After everything that has happened to this couple.. it still doesn't stop. The author went too far in this "I hate this couple so lets bring our THIRD attempt at destroying them". What I found laughable was the fact that Fiona's best friend just brings up this "What happens if vampires hate you and want to go after you?" out of the blue.. and guess what? Later on we find out this is true! hahaha. I would say the dumbest part was after Fiona and Alex were abused by this "vampire queen", later on her aunt it asking her (Fiona) if their is anyone she thinks is after her and she answers no. Okaaaaaaay.. so you totally forgot what just happened to you?!?! So. friggen. dumb. I can't believe I actually finished this series. Christie sounded like she couldn't wait to finish as well because they made this huge deal throughout the book of using her powers and getting ready for this big fight. Well guess what? Fiona meets her trainers and then all of a sudden it skips a few months and she's already trained. WOW! If you love werewolf and vampire books.. skip on this series!

This book was amazing and a perfect end to the series. The love story between Alex & Fiona is one that you long for. The story line of this book was incredible and Christie really outdid herself on this one.

Thanks Christie for another great series, I can't wait to read more. :)
