Took me over two months to read this since I paused at 64% on my Kindle and hiatus'd it for a while. If I had to say whether I liked or disliked the majority of it, honestly...I HATED a lot of it. Basically just about every part of the inner story of Libra/Kris/Alucia that Kikuchi made for the play was extremely uninteresting to read. I understand they represent characters in the story (Tomozaki, Kikuchi/Hinami in that left to right order), but that doesn't make the inner story of the three in the castle/with the dragons interesting at all. I found it very cringey and overly on-the-nose with its message, and it felt so detached, when I SO MUCH prefer seeing the actual characters interacting and developing.
I did actually expect Tomozaki to "like" Kikuchi and reject Mimimi based on his dialogue - he constantly praises Kikuchi and tells how comfortable he is to be with her, above anyone else. So I think the two do fit as a couple better than with Mimimi or Hinami, but that said, I liked the confession scene with Mimimi in the previous book, and I probably rooted for her more, as I like the "genki girl" trope with her bubbly, energetic personality. I also thought it was so sweet at the end, when Tomozaki was rejected by Kikuchi via the play, and then Mimimi was the one to encourage him to give one final full-hearted try to convey his feelings. I think that was sweet, beautiful, and sad.
It was parts like that that I enjoyed quite a bit. I still don't like the bully Nakamura and how violent he is (I don't think he deserves Izumi, with how callous he is), but I like the general theme of the series, about self-improvement, and I like that this series actually has a couple develop, unlike some other series. (Ex: in Oregairu, we don't see the couple until the final volume, whereas this one will show the two interacting with much more of the story to tell).
I can't say I am THAT interested in Hinami's past either. I don't dislike that the story is going into depth with her, since she's such a critical character, but it doesn't engage me as much as the core relationships/romance. I think in general, I don't enjoy a) the flashback-esque moments b) the internal allegories/internal stories this series tries to hamfist into its plot.
So as a whole, I didn't enjoy this series' volume 7 as much as I could've, even if I do enjoy the end with Kikuchi and Tomozaki getting together and having a date at the cafe. I'm looking forward to more regardless, and despite my complaints, I am still excited to see how the story and characters develop further. 30/100 ish but will leave as 2/5 - I still would say I'm a fan of this series though; it's just that this volume dropped my rating of it as a whole by a tiny bit.

So after book 6, I was really on the fence which way I wanted Tomozaki to go. This book explores that and comes to a great conclusion. School festival time and the class is doing a manga cafe, a class play written by Kikuchi-chan, and Tomozaki and Mimimi are doing a comedy skit together. So there is an awful lot going on, Tomozaki gets to spend a LOT of time with the various girls in his life and what happens.
Certainly feels like the end of an arc. I look forward to seeing what happens next.

Wow! no se que decir acerca de este volumen, es realmente bueno, pero realmente bueno, el clímax del romance de Tomozaki-kun fue espectacular en ese capítulo 7, el como durante todo el volumen no te dicen explícitamente algunas cosas por qué se sobreentiende y el clímax de la historia te deja pegado a la pantalla por ver qué está pasando, el mejor volumen de la saga eh de decir, junto todo lo que se venía formando por los 6.5 volúmenes anteriores y le dio una conclusión al romance de forma extremadamente satisfactoria.
