Strict Discipline at the Katherine Simmonds Academy

Rate this book
Beth was fed up with the school at which she was teaching. Discipline was non-existent and, as a result, so was learning. She resigned and managed to obtain a position at the Katherine Simmonds Academy. KSA was a vastly superior school, but Hermione Carter, its principal, felt there was much room for improvement. While a standard of discipline was maintained, it was lower than Mrs. Carter would have liked. It had been over a decade since the paddle was retired from active duty and Mrs. Carter felt that this was a loss. She creates a working group to revamp the disciplinary code of school. Beth enthusiastically agrees to serve on the group. The results are a code which probably would seem overly complex to a non-academic observer, but like many things produced from academia, it has an internal logic and actually works quite well. Student sins are awarded negatives. Five negatives result in punishment. The miscreant must report to Mrs. Carter with only one layer of clothing, usually gym shorts, protecting her bottom and receive three whacks with the school paddle. Afterwards it is expected that the girl’s father will take her over his knee for a good bare bottom spanking. But the group was aware that the girl’s mother has primary day-to-day responsibility to guide her daughter. Five negatives mean the mother has failed in her duty, so the mother also must report to Mrs. Carter for three strokes of the paddle. Since mothers are grown women, they are not allowed any protection from the paddle. So, like their daughters, the mothers too must take a spanking. The working group, not wanting to introduce punishment spankings into marital dynamics, decides the mothers will get their spanking from fathers who are not their husbands. A group of “designated spankers” is selected and specially trained for this purpose. These spankings are delivered with skirts and panties off and the spanker’s daughter serving as chaperone.
