Genesis comes off as an i don't care about anything but me, type of character. He's selfishish, conceited, and just an all around crappy djinn. In a world that isn't his own he does the best he can. He didn't ask to be where he ended up, nor did he ask to be the favorite. It wasn't the life he wanted, but he does the best he can. I can't decide if i like Gensis or dislike him, but any which way it goes I'm rooting for him and his dreams!

I can’t say enough good things about this book. It answers a lot of questions and opens up some stories that were to far out there to even think about. The scene building is excellent and the storyline is touching. Who would have thought that Genesis was a tragic character? And Daegal? All I can do is shake my head.

Another great reading the Djinn Rebellion series. What I loved most is we go insight into Rosie's past and it was not always pleasant. Genesis was a character I prepared to hate and then well he redeemed himself. A read that was full of action, love, hate, happiness and tragedy. Each chapter will keep you reading.

The start of something

It took until book 5 for me to slow down enough to write a review. I inhaled the first 5 books and barely am stopping to write this!! I am so excited to have a new favorite author. Start with book 1 Jinn and buckle up. Heavy on story and character development. Lots of love but not graphic sex. She has other series for that. You will not miss it.

Great love story

Set them free. True love never dies.
This one is a tear jerker. The Head? Cage is a master of words. I would love to see this in film.
