Omg this one was so freaking cute. They are so cute together. I loved their relationship. They are both kind of insecure but not about their feelings or trust in each other.

MASAMUNE BEST ML!!! MASAMUNE BEST ML!!! MASAMUNE BEST ML!!!
I swear I don't think I've seen an ML MORE supportive to an FL than Masamune is (ok maybe, Kaede Ayase in Kiss Me) I love how supportive he is to Koeda like truly. This is what every ML should be like. Wow.
Moving from that, this volume finally ended the arc with Kiyodo. I think it was a great way to close this arc (minus the forced kiss AGAIN in the end). I'm glad the three of them got all the closure they need (including Masamune ig). Anyway, with this arc done, I hope we return back to the doki doki stuff between Masamune and Koeda next volume :)

That was the most shojo thing ever… Masamune being nice to Kiyodo and then later on, rushing Koeda over to the airport to say goodbye… UGH IT was a little too much tbh… Why does shojo gotta be like that? It’s okay to not get along with the dude that likes your girl. It’s okay to not say goodbye. Not everything is going to end well in life… ALSO HOW ANEMIC IS KIYODO?? Are you sure he isn’t narcoleptic instead?! LOL

5⭐️ mi volumen fav hasta ahora
Amo la preja que hace Masamune con Koeda. Sobre todo con el cierre del “triángulo” amoroso, y como fueron los 3 bastante entendibles con sus sentimientos, Masamune es un sol en vrd 🥲 el último cap de este volumen lo amé.

With the memory of the position they were in still looming, Koeda and Masamune meet in a classroom alone for lunch. Masamune asks if she has any requests for White Day, and she thinks she wants him to keep touching her all day long, but refuses to say it because it’s indecent.
Then he apologizes for yesterday, saying he isn’t proud of the pathetic things he said and that he might have ignored her feelings, and he regrets it. He promises to accept her feelings today, as he should. He asks her to be honest and tell him everything she is feeling. That’s when she pulls out a Word document she signed, which says she will not be involved with Kiyodo-Kun and will not bring up any subject related to him. She explains she made it to remove his worries over the situation.
This is when he drops the bomb that she won’t see him anymore, with or without this pledge, because he’s moving next month. He reveals he heard it from his friends and that he can’t accept this pledge. He knows it’s not true that she doesn’t want to have anything more to do with him, and that if she doesn’t see him now, she’ll regret it, and he’ll regret that he forced her not to. She’s upset because she was serious when she made the pledge; he thanks her and lets her cry, and she reaffirms her love for him.
Later that night, she remembers Kiyodo’s Valentine’s gift and discovers a homemade cupcake. She eats the delicious cupcake as she remembers their past together, and in the end, she realizes she doesn’t want to forget everything about their friendship as if it never happened.
Later, we see Take trying to get Masamune to go sing karaoke when they run into Kiyodo, and he agrees to go along because he has something to tell Masamune. Kiyodo can barely take the noise, but before too long, he’s competing with Masamune; they’re tied at the end, and then he passes out again.
Afterward, he produces a pledge that says he will take good care of Tsugumi for the rest of his life. Masamune says he doesn’t need to sign it to take good care of her, and then they argue over who envies the other more. He lets him know that they know he will be leaving and that he told her because he doesn’t want to see Koeda sad; then he leaves, and neither of them feels like things are resolved.
Koeda decides to go to the class reunion so she can see Kiyodo one last time. She tells Masamune, and he is supportive. Then, they decide on White Day, they will go to an amusement park (but not before Koeda says, “Can I?”). They have a fun day; Masamune is a roller coaster junkie! But when Koeda goes to get them drinks, she runs into Kiyodo’s friend and finds out he’s leaving today! They are both upset because they thought she was going to get to resolve things at the reunion. So they spontaneously decide to go to the airport and find him.
When they get there, they split up to try to find him. When she finds him, the first thing he says to her is, “Isn’t your skirt too short?” She starts to tell him what she wants to say, but he isn’t very receptive until she says, “We’re both in the league of bones, even if we’re apart! I’m on your side! Always!”
Then she goes with him to see him off, and Masamune finds them. Before he leaves, he tells her the League of Bones saved him way more than she thinks, and no matter what happens in the future, he will be on her side for life, too. Then he holds out his hand to shake hers. Masamune pats her to let her know it’s okay. Then they shake hands, and as they shake hands, Masamune turns his head for a moment, and Kiyodo kisses her on the cheek! Of course, Masamune freaks out, but it’s too late. Kiyodo says that was his gift for White Day. Then he kind of laughs as he leaves, and he and Koeda smile and wave goodbye.
As they sit and watch for his plane to leave, Koeda thinks about their past together, and then she realizes that if it wasn’t for Masamune, she wouldn’t have been able to face Kiyodo like she had. She leans over and kisses him on the cheek and says, “Thank you.” Then Masamune says, “Seriously! I wish I could go on a trip with you right from here!! Shall we?” Then it ends.
