Things had gone from bad to worse. And still, I couldn't hate him.
The students of Vestamont High were doing everything they could to isolate me. They wanted me out of their school, out of their town, but what they didn't know was that I wasn't going to give up easily.
I knew that things were only going to get worse, especially now that I was asking questions about what happened to Piers Howard. Everyone had their secrets and everyone told their lies.
They didn't want me around and they especially didn't want me digging for the truth. Somehow, I knew that in Spring Meadow, I was the only one that could figure out what had really happened that night. And I wasn't going to stop until I had answers.
But I am still going to read the next book. I really really dislike Veronica Mars, but I'm intrigued by everyone else. I couldn't care less who killed Piers, and I'm a little irritated the story has been more focused on that mystery than the bully romance, but I want to know more about Tyler and Silas, and am hoping the story will shift back to the romance. My patience is weaning though. I'm hoping there aren't too many more sections to be released. If Velma Dinkley doesn't stop being so irritating and wishy washy, I don't know how much more I'll be able to read. I did this I this book was better than the first. I just want to read more about the romance and angst
I really liked the 1st novella not so much this one, sadly it's mostly a filler story nothing really new from the 1st book. Inconsistencies and overused phrases/words were too much for a novella length story. I hope we get some more answers soon. I feel like the author lost her way with this one.
There is so much drama, backstabbing, and unknown truths going on that I am not really sure what is going in. However, I do know that I want to know more and I am looking forward to the next book!!
Hmm it was ok, very short not much happening. It took me less then 1 hour to read it very disappointing but very curious as to where this is leading too.
