There are some truly good gems in here: things for further reflection or great insight. It was by no means most of the book. Unlike my experience with other Ryan books, this was was more dated and religious than usual and contained too many supplement and dietary recommendations. The beneficial parts were maybe 25% and that is what I'm choosing to focus on. Not worth a buy. Especially hard to follow after I just finished Eff this Meditation which was suprising remarkable.

Wonderful little book!

I have read this book daily over the past year and plan to “rewind” and read it again in 2019. There is a variety of topics, all related to helping folks be mindful and intentional about finding their own version of health, peace, and connections with others.

I'm searching for a 365-day book of inspirations for my journal thoughts.

This is interesting, but it's just the author's thoughts.

I'm still looking for 365-day quotations/inspirations from a bigger group of writers.

I will start it over again. Great everyday thoughts. I was looking forward to my daily appointment with this book.

I would rate it 3.5. It is a typical self-help book to get out of depression. Many of the advices are useful I am sure. However perhpas because of I not being in depression mode, I do not endorse all the messages.

this book would make a good calendar with tear out pages. I'm having trouble getting into it, but it does have some neat ideas. So: good ideas, but bad format for actually reading.
