It is an inspring book of a true story about how to become a ten-millionaire in ten years. It's the best money book in Chinese I've ever read. Highly recommended!

I do like the idea of the book but unfortunately every 10 years is different. The author presented me with the urgency but not the solution. The framework is good though.
Just to be critical. Every 10 years have way more differences than commons. The framework is not essential (of course..), what if the author uses just the down pay from 1 of his 8 houses to buy AMZN, NFLX stock and hold? That would be millions as well. The framework is also not sufficient, if the author's leverage ratio was hit by the 2008 crisis in the middle rather than in the beginning, it's also hard to remain solvency. Also, buying a house in China has political complications just years after (you could not buy in big cities if ...).

Great book!
Wish I had read this years ago!! As soon as I picked it up, hard to put it down. I couldn’t remember when was the last time I finish a book so quickly. Very inspiring and a lot for me to digest. The author is a wonderful person, very smart and hard working. I admire many of his life values.

I thought I was pretty financially literate, turns out I still have much to learn. I admire the author as his every decision came from deliberate thinking and he always catches the trend ahead of luck. Key takeaways: “Only you cares about your own money. Leverage can maximize profit, inflation is higher than 2%, wait for the young to come.”

Full of wisdom about investment to freedom. So many applicable real world experience that everyone can take advantage of. Wish I read this ten years ago.

Great book to learn investments in real estate for middle class. Very thorough and practical. Highly recommended.

上册讲的有点过于偏向于背景和故事，实操例子偏少，主要价值在于给读者提供作者的金钱观和大方向思想。个人感觉可以跳着看，然后重点看上册后半部分和下册

作者做對的3件事，但凡做了一樣都已經雞犬升天了，何況他三樣都做對了。
還有描述自己一窮二白開始的人設我也只能笑了。
1997年20幾歲可以留學美國，能拿到美國大學Offer，父親是大學生軍隊幹部… 這配置在當年中國根本就不是中產，而是頂層。
這是一本中國紅二代的假裝奮鬥史。

The most worthy $5.99 I paid
This is the most worthy money I paid for purchasing books taking about the money. Especially it’s written in Chinese. I finished the first volume less than 3 days. I’m going to eat the second volume after this review. I can’t wait to finish them all.
Can’t recommend more, if you could read in Chinese.

Excellent book and wonderful read!!!
I learned so much from this book. The author has a reason to be successful in investment. His unique theories are truly inspiring. I really admire his indepth understanding of the inner workings of society, which is the key to success.

I would not completely agree on some of opinions but I would say you just need to read this book to understand personal finance of America. Full of useful observations, and not like other English books that full of BS.
