She disappeared without a trace seven years ago, now he’s about to discover the secrets she’s guarded with her life…
Téa Bello took advantage of a bad situation to gain her freedom, but her escape allowed another man to suffer. Her sins have haunted her; chased her from Mexico to Italy where she’s been hiding in plain sight working at a food bank to help the homeless. Atoning for her transgressions, however, has done nothing to ease the pain of the past and will be the key to her getting caught in a web of crime when her identity is discovered.
She’s the key to his sister’s happiness, and there’s nothing he won’t do to expose the truth…
Daniel ‘Khaos’ Artino has been his sister’s keeper since their parents were killed and now the past threatens her future happiness. Determined to find out what happened five years ago to get her fiancé kicked out of the Secret Service, Khaos vows to find the one witness who can clear his name, a woman everyone else says doesn’t exist. Khaos has tracked her miraculous escape from the hotel room, where a prostitute died and the wrong man was blamed for her death, to Rome. But now that he’s found the witness he sought, he’s fallen in love with the woman she is and suddenly unmasking Téa is too big a risk to take.
But the truth will only lead to heartache…unless Khaos and Téa takedown the mob and allow their love to defeat the tragedies of the past.

Three career paths resonated for Kym during her early childhood, a detective, an investigative reporter, and a nun. Being a nun however, dropped by the wayside when she became aware of boys, they were a perk to life she couldn't deny. In high school her path was forged when she took her first job at a dry cleaners and met every cop in town, especially the lone female police officer in patrol. Following her dream led to a degree in Administration of Justice and the Kansas City Police Department. Kym followed her dream and became a detective that fulfilled her desire to be an investigative reporter, with one extra perk--a badge. Promoted to sergeant, she returned to SVU a short time later. She retired from the job reluctantly--her husband drug her kicking and screaming to another state, but writing continued to call her name.

Roberts’s spicy series continues with Sinfully Wicked. Khaos is going to do whatever it takes to make his sister happy, including tracking down a victim of human trafficking. When he finds Tea, he gets much more than he bargained for and is in danger of losing his heart. This book takes on the serious subject of human trafficking and how the victims move on, if they are able to get out. Roberts weaves a tightly controlled story complete with justice for the victims at the end. Some of the descriptions get a little graphic which makes this book not for the feint-of-heart. However, it is worth the read.

OMG We're back with a bang in the land of Romantic Suspence with this latest from Ms Roberts! I loved the Book Barn series but it is nice to be back in Denver!

Daniel aka Khaos still doesn't exatly love his brother-in-law Ty LOL. He's kind of forgiven him for loving his sister but still hates that the mud flung at Ty by his back-stabbing colleagues hasn't been completely removed. Ty finally comes clean with a possible witness and Daniel goes on the hunt.

Téa never thought that when she and a fellow sex-worker went to the room of Secret Service agents that they'd kill Sandra. She only escaped through the aid of an ill agent. She took the help he offered and ran for her life. She never chose the life she was forced into when she was a teenager and this is her chance at freedom. Several years have passed and she is still running from her past. But her sanctuary with the Sisters may be blown. A certain sexy stranger has found her but rather than running she feelds oddly safe knowing that he knows where she is.

But good things don't last forever and soon Tea finds herself once again in the crosshairs of danger. But can she trust Daniel to keep her safe? Or will he be just another man out to use her for what she can give him?

I've been waiting (not so) patiently for Daniels story. He was such a great secondary character in Ty and Faith's book (Red Lace). He was overbearing, arrogant, Alpha to the core and you just knew there had to be more to him. He has a gooey centre which he hides under all that gruff sexiness!!!

Family secrets, feuds, Italian Mob, dirty Secret Service Agents - what a smashing combination. All held together with the heartwrenching story of Tea and her sexual slavery at the hands of human traffickers. I will not lie I did blub but then it kind of hit close to home, both personally and through the day job. Absolutely ecstatic that we're back with the Men of Rock!!

This is a book you don't want to pass up on. This book had me the edge of my seat right from the beginning until the end. I loved Tea. The strength she has for when she has gone through and experienced in life. My heart goes out to her because no one should ever go through what she had. Khaos is very yummy. He'd tracking Tea so she can give her side of things that when down years ago. Danger is around the corner because with Khaos located Tea he has put her life in jeopardy. This book is packed full of action that will have you flipping through the pages. I'm not gonna lie there were a few times it was like I was reading between my fingers because I was afraid how things were going to play out. I'm hoping a couple characters get their story told because they had really intrigued in this book. I would highly recommend this book!

I gave Sinfully Wicked a firm 5 stars. Khaos sets out to unravel a family secret. He'll either prove the ex Secret Service guy guilty or find proof of his innocence. Amid the danger he finds love and together they fight to stay alive. This book dug into the horror of human trafficking, the mafia, and a heroine who's been in hiding for years. I really enjoyed this book. Skipped cleaning the house and read it in one day! Loved the bit about the rocks. :)

It’s a story about how evil, envy and ambition destroy for the sake of power. It is also a story about going after what you deserve in life, your own happily ever after, regardless of having the odds against you. The story is full of funny moments as well as being action packed. Khaos and his team are awesome and I cannot wait to read about Megan (I hope she gets her own book). Without spoilers, it is a book about survival.
