Ducks Redux: Fueling Flames in Oil Land

Rate this book
Ducks Redux is a Y/A RomCom about Maeve Wong, an environmentalist who gets caught up in a bizarre revolution with unscrupulous lawyers and oil barons who plan to take over the government so they can build the Freedom North Pipeline. One love of Maeve’s life lusts for activism and justice, the other for resource exploitation at all cost. She needs to decide whose side she is on. The action and characters in this story first took flight in the savagely satirical 2012 title by the same authors entitled, "5000 Dead Ducks." Ducks Redux: Fueling Flames in Oil Land is a Y/A RomCom reworking of this original story.

“... (About 5000 Dead Ducks) A masterfully crafted satire weaving together two hot topics: politics and the oilsands.”
